Description of Work: I messaged Landon about a week and a half before my move. Hi Landon. I know you’re looking. I’ve seen you answer disrespectfully to anyone that doesn’t give you praises. I’ll be waiting for my crazy response. Anyway, I told him clearly what was needed. Pack all of my belongings, and move all items to the next apartment. I sent him a clear and specific list of items needing to be packed and moved. He stated no hidden fees, blah blah blah. I first got a message asking if I could move on another day...no. Up until my date, I got no follow up message of confirming date or time, I instead asked him what the estimate of time was, and other questions. So, moving day comes. The day started off wrong with the mover calling saying he was in another city, and told me he would arrive 3 hours after my scheduled time. I asked for 12 start time. My estimate was 12 to 2. The mover stated he would be there at 5. 5! So, expressing my frustration, the mover did state he would call someone closer, that could possibly get to me sooner. It was going to be about 3:30p. BUT, then he asked me what needed to be done. I don’t know why I wrote a long message of what was needed to the owner, Landon, if that information is not sent to his employees. The mover stated, well, I guess I have to drive by Lowe’s to pick up some packing items. Ok. Not prepared, cool. With the exception of a tv that looked like it was picked up wrong (screen has damage on the top), which I didn’t see until they were gone, the movers were careful with my items. It just took a very long time. 9 hours to be exact. For a 1 bedroom apartment. Mind you, I did have many items, and I needed packing, but that’s what the list is for, no? So, by the end of this long ordeal, we finished up about 1:30AM, but in the middle of the unpacking, the mover informed me of paying for packaging. Now, as an owner, are you not required to tell your customer everything they can expect, apart from the hourly rate? It doesn’t matter if you’re a new or experienced mover, good customer service is telling your customer all prices for all services. You call yourself full service, but have no list of additional prices. I called Landon, and we subsequently got into a SHOUTING MATCH about packaging he didn’t tell me I needed to pay for AFTER I stated everything needed. When someone hears and sees, “NO HIDDEN FEES”, what are you expecting? NO HIDDEN FEES. He let me know he wanted to call the police on me for refusing to pay for packaging I was unaware that needed to be paid. His employee was the only saving grace of that business. Landon is rude, disrespectful, and apparently doesn’t know about appropriate customer service. After an already stressful move, with the movers being late, a long moving time, this OWNER OF A COMPANY decided it was best to say he was going to call the police on a PAYING customer because of something he decided not to inform the customer. Just a shame. I will never do business with such an insane owner. If the owner is insane, I’m sure it trickles down. Anyone reading this review, don’t hire unless you want a horrible customer service experience such as the one I had.
