"On Oct. 18, 2022, we had a Bosch Heating and Air Unit installed. We have had to call this company about the system not working 4 times and it has not been 2 months. We have asked for a Supervisor the past 2 times and have been told both times that they are unavailable. We told them that we have our 85-year-old Grandmother here and they told us the earliest they have an opening is this evening. So we will have to go and get another means of heating her room after already paying on this 18,470 dollar Unit. Not to mention my husband is a disabled Veteran and we both have Arthritis that is worsened by the cold. When we told Leon the owner that they had been out 5 times, he corrected us and said, no we have been there 4 times! I guess that makes this situation better, not to mention the inconvenience. He had no problem showing up the day it was installed, but now when we ask for a Supervisor to come out and troubleshoot they are too busy. He also told us We can go to someone else, So our next step is to go to the news. I am extremely disappointed because they were recommended by a friend and acted as if they were such a concerned business before we signed the contract. The guys that have come out have been nice and courteous, but this Unit is not working properly and for an Owner or Supervisor not to be concerned enough after 4 Service Calls on a Brand New Unit is troublesome. I can guarantee they have not slept in a freezing house with an already sick Grandmother."

Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. And when I tell you that Mr. Curtis made me feel like he was a superman like he could just change everything and he , as a manager went up underneath my house to check and see if there was anything wrong the unit to see if there was anything wrong in it Iâ ll say Travis and also the inside of the house. And again I say, Mr. Curtis, Iâ ll give you a 10 for everything that you did , you change my mind about the way I felt about the service tech at Blantons and sometimes it takes just one to renew your faith and a thing even though my faith is in God but faith and people and I thank you for everything that you did Blantons truly has a jewel and Mr. Curtis and Travis too because heâ s good in his right But I think you not to say that I donâ t have a problem with the unit, but Iâ m satisfied. I called them about a water leak at a cutoff valve and when they arrived late, they charged me over $400 to replace the cutoff valve. Then gave me an estimate to replace water lines through the attic instead of having them under the slab as they are now, If water leaks in the attic would not you think that would make a worse mess and damage? But the kicker is they gave me an estimate of over $9,000 to do this which one person to do the work and would take one day? $9,000? Were the new water lines going to be made from gold or what? Never again will I call them."

However, after scheduling twice for services provided by service plan, only to have them cancelled and told need to reschedule. Today is was need to reschedule because they are anticipating (four days from now) a high volume of emergency calls due to cold weather and freezing temperatures. What cold weather? 52 and 43 at night are not freezing temps; 69 and 67 daytime are not freezing temps. So you reschedule appointments four days in advance with no actual justification or confirmation the day of of what you think might happen? Sounds more like laziness or a reason not to fulfill appointments made almost two weeks prior. Second, why have an online system that allows you to book an appointment and date but when you call to complete the appointment process, tell us that the dates that show on the calendar as “available” don’t actually mean they are available? The lady I spoke to said they are run by two different departments. Sounds like you need to update your systems and booking process that actually shows dates of availability so customers don’t waste time picking a date that isn’t actually available and waste time. Or get rid of calendar option altogether so you cannot select a date that isn’t in “real” time."
