Angela Rooney - Keller Williams Realty Pinehurst

This was the worse experience I have ever had with a Realtor. It started out bad and just got worse. It soon became apparent that the agent had little interest in selling a home in north Moore county, likely because it was outside of the high value market of Pinehurst and so my home would not bring her as big of a commission check. She brought a "For Sale" sign to my vacant home, but instead of putting it into the ground in front of the house, she just leaned it against the side of the garage. I found it there two weeks later when I checked the property. Despite being asked to use a different photo for the MLS listing which showed a better view of the house, she never changed it even though I had emailed it to her. Phone calls and voice mails were never returned and it would take two or more days to receive a response from her if I sent her an email. A viewing was scheduled for other Realtors in the area but it was cancelled due to bad weather. Quite understandable but she never bothered to rescheduled it nor did she bring other agents from her firm to the property. To every other Realtor in the Sandhills, my property was simply another MLS listing. In the four months we used her services we did not have a single viewing! Bottom line. The agent was distracted and disinterested in selling my home.
