+ -1 moreAmerican Landscapes did a great job in both times we had them come out. Shawn , the owner, was always very professional & very kind & helpful & understood what we wanted & did it. -- so well that both times we had them come out & do work, the neighbors have also been complementing the way our yard looks. My husband & I are very pleased with their work & the estimates he gave us were always a little more than the actual bill we received! And even tho the estimate Shawn gave us was right around what we thought it should be! I was so pleased that they seem to be very honest & not out to jam up the prices even tho we live in Pinehurst. We always enjoyed working with Shawn on the phone or in person. Would definitely recommend them to anyone to do their landscaping, If you check out their website they do so much more & it is impressive to see Shawn has a degree in horticultural science. We had no problem trusting Shawn with our work we needed done around our house and we plan on having American Landscapes do more work around our house in the future.
Description of Work: This week American Landscapes trimmed some trees that were blocking the neighbors & our view when pulling out of driveways & transplanted 2 trees that were growing too close to house. Shawn recommended these trees be transplanted around Thanksgiving in colder weather as he had come here in warmer weather & done other work for us. He had his employees take out old dead bushes all around our house & planted new bushes. He planted them in such a way that both my husband & I were very pleased at the results & the neighbors have also been complementing them also.

irrigation systems
+ -1 moreThey have still not come back to fix my system. I had to call another company to come fix it. Now another $300 later, my system is working properly.
Description of Work: American Nurseries installed a rainbird system in my back yard 3 years ago. I had them come back out this spring to adjust a couple of heads and just simply do maintainence. $313.59 later and many plone calls the system still did not work. I lost over $1000 worth of new sod and plantings.
