"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

If youâ re seeing this post I encourage you to save this number in your cellphone right now so that when something breaks in your house you have it. I called Mr Hood at 8am in a panic. I had to throw away everything in my refrigerator and freezer. He arranged to come to my house within 3 hours of my call. I sent him pictures of the Lg Refrigerator serial number and my address and he arrived prepared for the job. Within no time he had assessed the issue and informed me that it would be covered by warranty. There was no cost to me for his service. He replaced all the parts he needed to and within 2 hours he was done. Everything was fixed. He was professional, respectful and knowledgeable about his trade. I feel so blessed to have been able to have worked with him today and I wanted to share this with the community. He was such a good and honest man and provided excellent customer service!
