we didnt like that he spoke to the home owner and said he would buy the home & also he missed a big spot where a large animal was living in the attic, he repeted things alot in the report to make it look bad. over all not happy.

"I have never heard from the client and I have always offered 30 day money back GUARANTEE, if I cannot satisfy your concerns with my quality, so... It is my policy and NC law that I not disclose anything about the inspection to anyone but my client without their written permission, so I am pretty sure there was a misunderstanding about what was said or she is thinking of another service like an appraisal done in the same time frame."

Complete Home Inspection
Chris was professional in how he interacted with me. Chris was thorough on the outside, but I didn't think he was a thorough as I was expecting on the inside. He asked me if there were any issues I saw and took pictures of them, but there were some that I forgot about and he did not find them. If there was something in the room he did not look all around the room due to there being items in the room. If this is a one year inspection, I would guess that a lot of individuals would have things in the room.

"It is a tough balancing act, inspecting without prying into and maybe damaging personal items... I try to inspect all visible areas without disturbing furniture and personal items because it feels very invasive, is a liability, and is not required nor recommended by NC Statutes governing Home Inspectors. No sale is ever final, however, so if I need to make a second trip or update my findings with new information, I am always happy to do that, if I am called and asked to do so."

Complete Home Inspection
Chris Ferguson is the best home inspector I have ever had hands down. We have a had few over the years and he is just way better than anything we could have hoped for and yet his prices were great. One of the lowest priced companies we looked into. I highly recommend him. If you want a quick list of problems hire however you want, if you want a thorough 60-100 page report to truly understand the condition of your home, hire Ferguson.

Complete Home Inspection
This was my first home inspection. Chris was friendly when he answered my questions. He explained to me what to expect and did what he said. He inspected the house according to the house inspection code. He delivered the report quickly. The thing I like best was that when a deficiency was found, he explained why it was a problem and how to fix it. If it was something I could fix myself, he told me what was needed. The report contained pictures of all deficiencies. It was a very pleasant experience.
