Mr. Ferguson was on time as detailed by our appointment time. Mr. Ferguson went over what he would be doing and explaining things as he went over the areas. Due to his attention to detail we will use Ferguson & Company in future endeavors.

Made an appointment, arrived promptly. Explained the checklist that will be followed before starting the inspection. The inspection was very thorough and in-depth from roof, attic, crawl space, foundation, driveway, sidewalks, Windows, entry points to the house, garage/garage doors, and deck. The interior was just as in-depth covering all aspects of electrical, plumbing and safety requirements. Upon completion, recommendations, suggestions were discusted that would enhance the overall valve of a home. I feel it was an excellent job .

Although he had a snafu with his schedule and was an hour late, he was very knowledgeable and informative.

Inspector did an inspection that covered many areas and provided detailed photos and information. However, the inspector did not pull back siding to look under the house and provide any possible comments. Wish he had looked under the house.

Delivered report very late. Charged more than agreed fee. No office staff, very difficult to reach.
