He provided a very detailed report with a plethora of photos adding detail and visuals to explain and show what he found. I am extremely happy with his service. I am so glad I decided to call him. He was very accommodating when I called him and went the extra mile. Even though he was getting married that weekend he didn't mind taking time to finish the report and got it back to me quickly. We were very pleased with the home inspection. The inspector was very through and spent a lot of time with us.

Chris is VERY knowledgeable and professional. When we arrived at the property (flew in from out of town) we fell in love with it. Walking around with him he pointed out good things and bad. Some of the things were somewhat costly to repair and others were plumber or electrician items. While the sellers just put a new roof on a month ago (he knew it was new, but we didn't initially tell him how new) he saw that it wasn't put on correctly and it would be a problem in a short time. I actually felt bad for the out of town sellers because they majorly got ripped off. I was happy to see a new electrical panel not knowing (but , Chris did) that it was a panel manufactured by a company that went out of business partly due to the number of fires caused by this unit. It would need to be replaced. What he pointed out was very important. If we were handier, some of the things we could have fixed on our own, like securing one of the toilets to the floor as well as mounting the vanity to the wall, but we're just not that handy. I could tell he was in no way trying to steer us away from making this purchase but was giving us the facts so we could make an informed decision. I am so happy we called him before signing a contract. Thank you, Chris!
