We had a good experience with him. He seemed very professional. For us, the quality of work was good. His demeanor and his punctuality were good. For that job, everything was outstanding but when we tried contacting him later on for a different job, it was difficult to get a hold of him. Maybe it was because it was too busy or something but he was very responsive for the roofing job. Everything was great with the roofing job, he came out and gave us an estimate, he was right on target, and he photographed all the work. He always checked with us first when he needed to make any changes and it was all done in a timely manner. So the whole experience was outstanding but when we wanted to get him back for the windows, we couldn’t get a hold of him. It was a positive experience for us at that time. I don’t know if he will be available for any future projects but we would like to use him if we could get a hold of him.

Mr Barnes gave a very professional presentation of work expected with written estimate. He completed work in a very timely manner complete with photos of repairs/work performed. Final billing was exactly as reported during estimate presentation. It has been nearly 3 years since we received the new roof and we are still "very happy" with it. Words to describe Mr Barns & his team are "Professional, Honest, & Thorough". We have since recommended Mr Barnes to our friends for their roofing needs. We plan to contract with him for future remodeling projects such as a room addition and covered patio.
