Description of Work: Company came o house o fix duct work. Applied a new piece of flex duct. Worked fine for 1 day then all of a sudden no air at all out of front ducts in home. Have been calling for 3 weeks for followup to correct problem. Have been promised 5 different dates but no one has showed up as of 11/05/2010.
