Leak is still fixed. I'll need a new roof in the near future and I plan to call them for an estimate.

I would use again. I think I got an honest opinion of the condition of my roof saying it will be two or three years before I need a new roof.

Water had begun to leak in around the chimney flashing. Tiptop Roofing was recommended as a quality and cost effective service provider. I contacted Tiptop Roofing and received a return call the same day. Tiptop worked me into their schedule and completed the work within the week. The quality of the work was excellent and the leak was eliminated. To ensure the leak was eliminated, the shingles around the chimney were removed, additional flashing material was added to extend the existing flashing and all the flashing was cleaned and new caulking was applied. I was very pleased with the work and would certainly call Tiptop for future roofing needs.

This company was incredibly timely, starting with the response to my initial inquiry, and the owner, Steve, was very good about communicating with me. The job was done just as scheduled, and the house and surroundings were left clean and tidy each day they were on the job. I wanted to see some of the available shingle colors on actual houses, and Steve gave me addresses of houses on which I could see those colors; this was very helpful in choosing a color with confidence. I had a great experience with Tip Top Roofing.

Great experience from the first contact (estimate) to the finished product. The estimate was detailed. The job was scheduled promptly. It took two days, as estimated. The workers arrived on time each day and were courteous and pleasant. They cleaned up the first day and stacked materials unobtrusively. The second (last) day, they cleaned up completely. There were no unexpected charges or problems. My new roof and gutters look terrific. Very professional!

The owner did a great job from start to finish. He communicated his quote via email so that everyone was clear on the scope of work and the pricing. His crew did a nice job, starting and finishing in one day (as I recall). We were pleased with the promptness and quality of the work and the professionalism of the owner.

Everything went great. Called to get an estimate (which was free) and they had it to me within 2 days. The two men who fixed the chimney were very professional. They did show up 15-20 minutes late, but that wasn't a big deal. I'd definitely use Tip Top again!

Excellent communication and professionalism. Crew arrived on time and cleaned up very well each day they were onsite. Very little debris was left out, and they covered all the bushes and A/C when needed. Roofing supplier truck driver wasn't very careful and damaged some bushes when entering/leaving the driveway. He also clipped a utility line over the street near our house. TipTop Roofing was very helpful in rectifying these issues. Only other thing was a small leak near a roof vent. Steve personally came back and resealed the vent and the leak did not come back at the next rain event. Overall, this was a very pleasant experience. I feel the value was well worth it for both the roof and the installation.

We got the information from Angie's List. We call Steven Rorem, he returned our call promptly, scheduled and estimate time. We only knew of one place that need to be replaced but asked him to look over the entire roof for any problems that we may have but not aware of yet. He looked the entire roof over and found 3 small plaaces that should have been leaking but were not leaking yet. We asked him to please repair/replace those. The estimate was very reasonable. They were on time to the minute. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up and carried away all the debris. We are very happy with the workmanship and will definitely use them in the future.

Tip Top was very responsive in bidding and was very competitive. Scheduled start date was delayed a few times due to rainy weather. This was not a real problem. Work was interrupted a few times by rain so expected 3 days took a week. No problem with leaks during this time. They cleaned up after all work and seemed to do a good job. Had a problem after with some air conditioning drains that went into a gutter that was out of line. They responded immediately and ended up correcting a long term problem with the drains that was not there responsibility. I was very pleased with all they did.

He was very professional and quick to diagnose the problem. And once he fixed it, no more leaks ! He could have taken advantage of us and charged us a lot more, but he did not. He was also very prompt and kept his appointed time. He was very experienced at what he did. I would use him again if I ever have any roof work that needs to be done.

I called Steve requesting a quote and he arranged to come out. He was very nice and professional. He emailed me the quote with all the details including the additional options I had requested. The quote was clear and concise. Compared to the other quotes I had received, Steve's was right in the middle. His crew showed up on time both days and cleaned up everything when they were done. The final price was a little higher but only because they had to replace the rotted wood underneath the roof. When I saw it carried down from the roof, it was so rotted, I couldn't believe the condition of it. The quote had included the pricing for any additional wood so I knew it was a possibility and honestly was not surprised due to the age and what we have discovered, the poor upkeep by the previous owners of this house. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof and fair pricing.

It was good. I did have an issue that they never came back and looked at. I'm pretty confident they they nicked a wire for my flood lights. They worked that afternoon and that night they weren't working. Other than that everything was good.

I contacted Steve of Tip Top Roofing in 2011 to ask him to assess my roof to determine if I needed to replace it because the flashing around the chimney seemed to be buckling. He came out, evaluated the roof and said that while cosmetically, it may not be appealing, the roof would probably last another couple of years. He didn't charge anything for that service. I decided to replace it in 2012 and called him for an estimate. He came out (again at no charge) and gave me an itemized estimate. He was very professional, answered all my questions and told me how long it would take to do the job. I also got 2 other estimates. One was significantly lower (that's why I rated the price as "B".) and the other was significantly higher. I chose Tip Top primarily for 3 reasons: 1) Steve was honest with me when he initially came out to assess my roof; 2) a neighbor who is a real estate agent highly recommended him...she indicated that when her firm needs assistance with roofing on homes, they call him and he's always dependable and does a quality job; and 3) he gave me a 10 year written warranty of workmanship. The state only requires one year. We scheduled the job but it had to be delayed because of the weather but Steve kept me informed and as soon as the weather permitted, his team was here as he promised. They did all the work that they contracted to do within the time frame that he had established. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They meticulously cleaned up and left my home as they found it. He billed me for exactly what we had agreed upon. I was impressed with Steve's integrity; the quality of work performed by his company; the timeliness within which the job was completed; their attention to details; and their follow-through. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

The owner was prompt in returning initial phone call for estimate and actually came the same day to inspect the job. We communicated both by phone and email with additional questions answered immediately. After the cost and warrantee information were agreed upon the owner called with the estimated start date and called to confirm again after a one day rain delay. They were to start at 7 am and at 6:55 all workers were at my property ready to go to work. The workers were courteous and professional and communicated at the end of the 1st workday what the status was and what to expect the following day. They showed up promptly the second day, completed the job and cleaned up every bit of debris and work material. The owner called upon completion, went over the bill and warrantee information and provided me with copies of both. The whole experience was pain free and due to the great communication, everything went as expected. I highly recommend Tip Top Roofing and would use them again if the need arose.

Steve Rorem came out the same day I called. He answered all my questions in detail, and he sent me an email with a detailed estimate promptly.

Tip Top was great about everything. Steve (owner) did the estimate quickly, did not pressure me in any way, and gave me a senior discount. They actually started the job sooner than estimated and were punctual every day. Very professional crew went out of their way to clean up everything each evening. The roof looks great and I feel like it was a pro job in every way. Could not be happier. Highly recommend!

They had good references. The quote was based on a couple of different factors. Their responsiveness has been very good, and the speed has been real good. Since he has done work for me in the past, I know that he does a good job. I think he stands by what he does. He hasn’t done the work yet. But up to this point as far as the purchasing part, he has done very well. He is supposed to be installing it hopefully either next week or the week after. Hopefully, it will be good.
