Description of Work: met with us. great company. they build a house like one would expect. they build with attention to every detail. this is also reflected in the price. if one has an unlimited budget or has a very high income, then this is your contractor.

Description of Work: Alan Fletcher Construction built our new home to be finished at the end of June 2014. His level of quality is unmatched; every detail of the construction is thoroughly thought out before the project began. Alan kept us on schedule or ahead of schedule. His prices are a bit higher than some of the competition, but his workmanship is impeccable. When you walk into an Alan Fletcher house, it feels more solid, more harmonious than others. Alan's subcontractors and employees are professional and hard-working and all hold him in high regard. These attributes are hard to find in a contractor. I plan to use him again!

 + -1 moreWe were very satisfied, especially with the service after we closed. Having a builder who spent so much time personally on my home's jobsite while it was being built was comforting. He is very detail oriented, and nothing seemed to get by him. I have heard from friends that have had homes built by other builders that give low quotes, then come back suggesting 'upgrades". (arched doorways, more crown moulding and recessed lights) Seems like those "upgrades' were things that had already been factored into our homes original quote, and we saved money because it seemed they paid more than seemed necessary. To sum it up, I trust Alan enough that the next house I build I will not even get quotes from anyone else.
Description of Work: Built a custom home for us. We picked out the piece of land, and he looked at it before the purchase to give his opinion on it. We then picked out a house plan and made some minor adjustments to it.
