 + 0 moreReally? The water heater shorted out during a storm one week after it was installed. There was a hassle over this but it was replaced...nothing else in the house was harmed... The worker used my bathroom and then left the property. He never made sure the toilet had quit running... I was left with a water bill that was $465 higher than my normal bill of $19.00. There was a disregarded promise to make good on the water bill...never happened. The second half of the project has not been started or completed. We can't get them to communicate with us, give us a refund on the partial payment for the AC- work or reimbursement for the water bill. We are really over this botched deal and will look elsewhere for HVAC work/maintenance. We have been the only folks making contact. The company doesn't even respond.
Description of Work: Contracted for external hot water heater and single room AC unit. Work was to be complete before Thanksgiving 2015. Had to badger them to even get started a year after the contract date. Put in the tankless hot water heater. But never returned to complete the job.

Description of Work: I had both heat pumps replaced in my house. He had health issues just after we signed the contract. This lead to the job being pushed back for months. He was so thorough with his initial inspection, I felt he would do an excellent job so I was patient. He did't disappoint me.

 + -1 moreI CALLED THEM AT NIGHT AND THEY SHOWED UP THE NEXT MORNING TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS RIGHT AWAY AND WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND COURTEOUS AND THEIR PRICES WERE AVERAGE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE COLD AIR PIPE TO THE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM.
