Entire episode went well. Initially called the buisness in the "holiday" season and when the call was finally returned, owner apologized for the delay in answering the call and gave an appropriate reason for the delay. Came with the deliveries right on schedule. Accepted an out of town check for payment. The dirt that was brought was of excellent quality as was the mulch. The quantity of product that was ordered was accurately delivered.
Description of Work: Ordered and delivered both excellent topsoil (quality excellent for growing flowers) and mulch (for refurbishing my flower beds). Returned calls within a reasonable time frame. Listened to specific requests appropriately concerning soil type. Made appropriate recommendations based on my needs in this part of the country. Kept appointment for deliveries and called prior to second delivery to make sure I was at home. Placed dirt and mulch exactly where I desired placement in the yard. Delivery person was a co-owner of the buisness and was a nonsmoker and was professional, pleasant, and clean.
