Kevin Conner provided us with exceptional professional service and support in the replacement of our entire downstairs hardwood floor, which had been buckling from a hidden leak under our refrigerator from a damaged intake valve. We planned the replacement repair for late April when my wife would be off for a week from her teaching job. In the wait time over March and well into April, Kevin kept in ready touch with us to explain how the repair would go, to provide temporary floor repairs when some of the boards broke, and went over each step of the replacement plan in plenty of time when we would vacate for a week. During the week away, Kevin kept in steady touch with progress reports. He handled all of the administrative and ordering requirements. When we came back, the job he had done was really a work of art that allowed us from the get go to go forward without a thought of what we had lived with the previous months. Working with Kevin was very friendly and upbeat and confidence building, and it was a true blessing to have his service. His wife was also very efficient and helpful to maintaining contact, and she handled a lot of the cleanup once the floor was in place. Our insurance company was also very complimentary of his professionalism and responsible attention to financing details. Kevin's service delivery covers several counties, but he was always responsive to our calls, and would be by the house when necessary, even after a long day away from his office. He has had many well known clients, and local builders, including my own, are very praising about his craftsmanship, support, and experience.

Kevin is a true craftsman who takes great pride in what he does. It is like watching a well-oiled machine. I am a retired Plumbing contractor who is not easily impressed. Kevin had quoted a price over the phone and when he saw the job, he realized that it would be less and he lowered the price!! It doesn't get any better than Kevin and his helper.

Kevin did an excellent job. Very reasonably priced. The rooms we had hardwoods added were adjacent to rooms already covered with hardwoods. I was worried about how they would turn out but they were absolutely beautiful and now that they have all been stained you would never know that they weren't all installed at the same time

I had pulled up the carpet covering this stairway and the hardwoods were stained and marred too badly to be refinished. Kevin completed the job in one day and the new treads looked great. The job was completed as originally quoted. The new treads match the original wood perfectly. I would use his company again.

Kevin and his brother did everything promised and did it right. Very nice and very professional people who took a lot of pride in their work. We could not be more satisfied and will use Conner Flooring again in the future.

Kevin was so patient and just a great guy to work with. I was trying to get the job done quickly so that I could get us moved before school started. We had other work that needed to be done first and Kevin was very willing to work around that schedule. I had to change the start date on him a number of times and he just kept telling me that we would make it work. The best part is that the floors look fabulous!

Did an excellent job. He actually glued the wood strips together as well as nailing them to get the tightest fit and best result. The border meshes with the herringbone area seemlessly. Can't imagine a better result. Came every day and worked diligently until the job finished. Very pleasant guy too.
