Description of Work: Phillip went above and beyond to help me with the work I needed to have done on my rental home. He provided me photos throughout and even told me when he didn't think a color would work due to the undertones I could not see on the paint swatch. I highly recommend him and his company. Description of Work: Phillip painted a wall in my living room. He removed everything from the wall and when he was finished he put everything back. He was very polite and friendly. He was very neat and organized. I will be using him again.

Description of Work: I hired them to paint my entire house including taking down wall paper in 3 bathrooms. He gave me the best price and was very patient w me in answering all my questions and helping me pick colors. He was very helpful and friendly. Did a great job. I am a perfectionist and so a few areas I thought could have been better detailed but he came back without hesitation to fix what I didn't like. Very easy to work with, very reasonably priced. I would definitely use them again and recommend them!

Description of Work: I called Philip at Vice Versa Clean-Out Service Inc. He set up a time to meet me later that day. He went over the exterior of the house and explained to me what had to be done. He pressured washed, painted a 1200 sq ft house and trimmed the hedges around the house.

Description of Work: We are trying to clean out our house in anticipation of a baby coming in a few months. Vice Versa came up hauled away a LOT of stuff we didn't need. It would've taken us weeks to get rid of what they were able to take away in a couple of hours.

Philip came out at the time he said he would 9:00 am gave me a price on everything I wanted done. I think the price was more than fair. They started work the very next day, and did the work exactly the way I wanted it. I am more than happy.
Description of Work: Trimmed palm trees, hauled away debris and some old furniture. He also planted some plants and mulched around the house. Also fixed 2 sprinkler heads.

+ 3 moreI called Mr Williams, he responded within thirty minutes after I called him. He came out the same day and gave me a free estimate. He was willing to negociate a fair price with me. He and his crew came out and started work right away, they were careful not to let any tree limbs fall on my house. I was so impressed with thier work on the tree, I got them to do some landscaping. Above all they listened to my wishes and followed them without question. Great job!
Description of Work: Mr Williams did remove large dead oak tree that endangered my home, also he hauled away all the branches to which there were many. He and his crew did a fine clean up, i was so impressed i had him do some landscaping for me. He planted some shrubs and flowers around my house and also mulched my flower beds,
