Mr Philip Williams was a professional and went far and beyond what was asked of him. We are extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend him to anyone that is looking to have their home pressure washed or painted.

Overall, Mr. Williams and his staff did an excellent job with our house! His main employee, Dylan did an awesome job. They arrived at the time they said they would every day. They were very flexible with our schedule. He maintained excellent communication about when they would be there and the plans for our house because we had some delays due to so much rain. He was helpful with selecting colors and gave solid professional advice. He wasn't the absolute cheapest estimate I received, but he definitely wasn't the most expensive (you get what you pay for!). I really believe I got much more value than what I paid. They cleaned up after themselves for the most part. Didn't curse or listen to loud music while working (I have kids so those are important to me). They used quality products, and our house looks outstanding now. I would definitely recommend Vice Versa painting for all interior and exterior painting needs.

I was surprised when they showed up exactly when they said they would. They removed wallpaper from three bathrooms, and cleaned up. Everything went extremely well.

I called Phillip to give me an estimate to paint the exterior of my two story house. He showed up when he said he would and provided me with a quote the following day. He was not the lowest bid, but after reviewing reviews on Angie's list, I decided to go with him. Him and his crew were very professional and ensured they did not make a mess. Phillip is kinda OCD when it comes to painting, which is a good thing for the homeowners. He is good and takes pride in his work. . He did an overall very good job painting my house.

Phillip's communication with us has been outstanding from the start. I purchased the "Big Deal" over two years ago but due to my time overseas I was never available to complete the job. During that time span, he kept in touch with me to let me know my purchase would not expire. After finally connecting with him, we decided to add on to the deal and have the first floor done instead of just three rooms specified in the deal. We also had the baseboards patched and painted and our stairwell done to sweeten the deal. We agreed on a price and a timeline and he started. Phillip showed up on time daily for the three days and we were very pleased with his work and the color we picked out. His lines are as straight as an arrow and he requires no tape. He work is very neat and he cleans up daily. The completed work is very nice and we have recommended him to our friends. We definitely plan on using him in the future.

He sanded the cabinets first, painted them with a primer and then to get everything perfect, he put four coats of paint on it. They look wonderful! I love the way the now white cabinets make my kitchen seem a lot brighter and new.

Project went well. In summery: Mr, Williams did excellent work and had a great attitude. Trustworthy and cost was reasonable. Always did what he said he was going to do and was on time every time. His advice was prudent. So if you want it done right the first time around, use VISA VERSA.

We had to adjust the start date due to weather, but you can't avoid that when painting outside. He and his crew were very professional, did a fantastic job, and at a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their house painted.

I hired Phillip and his crew BASED ON THE REVIEWS that I read on Angie's list!! For anyone to say "don't trust the reviews on here" is a huge insult to the people who left them!! Phillip was very tolerant to my schedule and very patient with me knowing I was coming to Fayetteville from Raleigh... I purchased an 1800 sq ft single story house that needed (and I mean NEEDED) a whole new interior paint job... 4 bedrooms, hall bathroom, hallways, living room, dining room, family room and kitchen... I then added on painting of my fireplace and kitchen cabinets bringing my total to 2750 from 1800 because hey, when you add things on the price does go up (not exactly Rocket Science) however the price did not go up by much considering all I was asking him to do (he was very considerate when it came to budget)... Phillip did not flinch even though he was squeezing my house in with an already hectic schedule (working on it sometimes until midnight as the house was empty) AND finished by the original deadline... The paint was identical to the colors I selected, the paint lines are as straight as can be and he left my house clean!! He was quick to reply to texts and calls, he and Karen were very kind and considerate as well as the crew... Too I am very happy for the paint color advice... They are the type of people you feel you have known for years!! I will be calling him back soon to paint my bathroom vanities... Phillip's work/prices are second to none!! Because of him I was basically able to have my entire house painted with extras in one shot!! Something I did not think I would be able to do!! Phillip and his crew made my house a home and gave my children the bedrooms they have wanted for a very long time!! THANK YOU so very much for everything!!!

Not good at all.I will take responsibility for: 1. Not getting the entire scope WRITTEN into contract. Initial price stated of $3000.00 and continue to rise to $5600.00. Should have done a sanity check on myself. I've had quality entire outside house paintings (by hand) plus the trim for much less. 2. Should have gotten multiple bids, based on Angie's reviews and that I had just moved into this house, was eager to get it done. 3. I should have done better Quality Control and been more direct with him. 4. Giving him more benefit of the doubt than I should have. Should have cut my losses and moved on but I was 3 grand in the hole by then. His Fault: 1. Ruined my walls. Sloppy workmanship - I can cutout better - paint lines wavey and trim. Glommed paint on crown molding. The trim and walls were in great shape as they had only been painted once before. Not so anymore, I am sick about it. 2. To remove grasscloth wallpaper, he brought an inexperienced neighbor with an old t-shirt and a bucket of water to wet down the walls. Took forever to do. I went out and bough him a pump sprayer and glue remover which he said wouldn't work. Suprise! It did! However he did not Quality check the glue was really off the walls. He then painted right over the glue. When I called him on it, he put a plaster skim coat to cover up the painted over paste and blamed his assistant for it. I still have lumps and bumps. 4. Did a minimal cleanup. They call it 'Carolina Complete' down here. 5. Called him back to fix paint around Thanksgiving (sent him pic of entire wall in closet that was missed.) He was out of state. Said he would call me back and fix. Never did. 5. Don't trust Angie's lists reviews. Do your own background checks of the business and the individual. You will be surprised what you discover.

It took longer than expected but probably because one guy was painting gates or fence parts he'd brought with him for someone else on my front sidewalk while the other guy painted my place. He stopped doing that and helped the other guy when I said something. One part of the wall above the stairs was painted the wrong color but by the time it was done I didn't want to wait longer for it to be re-done. The amount of paint was estimated for me but I had to go back out three times for more paint. Other than the wall over the stairs, the actual resulting paint job was good and still looks good. They did not leave a mess.

Great AAAAA+++++ The house and garage was pressure washed and cleaned, they applied 2 coats of paint and repaired all the rotted fascia board. The crew showed up as scheduled and finished on schedule. Phillip has a great professional crew and they completed the work and cleaned up when finished. They did an all around great job. Phillip will get my first call on any future work I need.

Phillip was very accommodating to my schedule, did a great paint job, 100% satisfied, plan to use him for future painting.

In a nutshell, these guys did a beautiful job, I was so happy to come in and see my newly remodeled kitchen. They are really talented painter and would definitely hire again.

The service was excellent! The quality of the job was superb. They responded immediately to everything, provided an estimate within 24hours of seeing the house and started the work within 2 weeks of recieving the job. I would definetly hire them again and recommend them to everyone!!!

This is the second time Mr. Phillip has painted in my house for me, his service is excellent and his prices are very reasonable. Painted my whole kitchen and the price included the paint he provided. I will hire him again for my next project, I strongly recommend his services.

Quality of work was beyond our expectations. He had to mud the bedroom twice, prime, and two coats of paint because of the texture paint the previous owners used. Also, painted the kitchen. Estimated the cost was 675, however, ended up being 608.

Would definitely use again! In fact, I have them coming back later this week to paint a second room! Phillip was very professional - from the time I purchased the Big Deal to completing the job! He (and his assistant) were on time, worked quickly, and did a great job. I'm very happy with the result and am excited to get the second room completed. It went better than expected. He always maintained contact with me prior to the job. He arrived as expected and was in and out in no time. Courteous of my property....I didn't leave but would been completely comfortable leaving him alone in my house while he worked.

I called Vice Versa Painting for an estimate. Philip arrived on scheduled time. I am selling my house and wanted it to be freshly painted. Philip is very knowledgeable when it comes to choosing colors to prepare your house for sale. He is very friendly, does not try to talk you into things or change your mind about color but he knows his job and I am so glad for his suggestions. I knew when I first spoke to him that I was not getting anymore estimates. I wanted him to paint my house. I was concerned that I wouldn't have my living room finished in time to put up my Christmas tree because I realize everyone wants their house painted for the holidays. He called the next day and said he had an outside job that was cancelled due to rain and he could paint my living room. We were so happy to be able to decorate. The following Mon. and Tues he painted the other rooms. We decided on a neutral color throughout as he suggested and I absolutely love it. It brightened the rooms and made the woodwork stand out nice. He also advised me on things to leave off the walls and what I should put back to stage the house for sale. I am so thankful for all he has done. My house looks so bright and cheerful that I almost want to stay here. I have had many bad experiences with painters. He was able to correct mistakes other painters made. I can honestly say that he is the BEST ! You will not be disappointed with his work. He pays attention to every detail and the finished job is perfect in every way. Thank you so much Philip !
