Philip returned my call quickly, and we set the date and time for him to paint the exterior trim. He and his helper did a nice job so I negotiated to have some of the soffit painted also. I scheduled Philip to come back the next week to paint an interior room for me. Philip was very responsive to calls, courteous and did a nice job. I will be hiring him again.

The entire experience with Vice Versa and Phil was excellent. From initial contact, quick response and schedule of estimate, through the finished job, everything went smoothly and very quickly. The price was excellent for the amount of work performed, and was completed super fast (in 1 day). Phil was very responsive to our needs and is extremely professional. Philip came over the next day after I called (January 20, 2012) to give us an estimate. I called him back on Monday, January 23, 2012 to arrange a date and he came over on January 25, 2012 to paint the bathroom. I found him very professional and thorough. He came over around 10:30 a.m. and was finished by 12:45 p.m. I was thrilled with the work and will definitely use Philip for all my painting needs in the future.

I called and set up an appointment with Philip. He was early for the appointment (always a good sign), and was on time for every appointment we set. I described what needed to be done, and received a quote in writing. As Philip was working, we expanded the scope of work, and Philip gave us quotes, and timeframes to complete the work. Philip and his team did a wonderful job on our home. They painted all of the trim in each room, painted multiple coats where needed, and were very careful not to leave paint anywhere. When they left, everything was clean - not a drop of paint was spilled. Vice Versa was extraordinarily professional, did all of the work requested (even with us adding more work as we went), was always on time, and met every deadline and commitment. We'll be customers for Philip and Vice Versa from now on! We couldn't be more pleased!

Philip did an excellent job painting my sons bedroom. He was on time, worked hard and did a clean job. The job required two coats including trim + drywall repair. Because of the drywall patch, he had to come by two days complete the work. The room is 11x12 and giving that the job required two trips, $200.00 was a fair price. We supplied the paint, he supplied the drywall patch, the joint compound and texture required for the patched area

This was an excellent experience. First Philip came out to the house to give me an estimate. He was punctual and very helpful in explaining the process since we had never had anything painted before. Philip's estimate did not include paint and he quoted $1300 for the whole house minus closets, doors and trim around the doors. After getting an estimate from another painter that included paint for $2600 we decided to go with Philip. Philip and his crew started working on Tuesday and had everything finished by Thursday afternoon. Everything was cleaned up nicely and the paint job is beautiful. We couldn't be more pleased Everyone that has come to the house since it has been painted has complimented us over and over on the paint. When Philip started the job I asked him to also paint the trim around all the interior doors which added only $100 to the job, for a total cost of $1400. We paid approximately $500 for the paint and samples I bought, for a total cost to us of approx $1900. This is $700 less than the other estimate I received that included paint. We definitely recommend Philip and his crew to anyone looking for a painter, and we will use them again in the future for any needs we have. call mr williams for a painting job he responded within 30 minutes and the next day him and his crew arrived an painted a house for me he was very professional and very very quick and the quality of his work was suprizingly good to get done so fast. i am very impressed with his work and price.

The company showed up in a timely manner to bid on the job. Came to the facility as scheduled to do the job. Worked on the weekend and through the night to get the job complete. The painters were professional. You would have never know that they were there. The facility was left clean. The spackling and painting was precise.

In the walk through I pointed out that the baseboards were finished and I would handle cutting the doors and door trim. The house was empty and I left a hidden key for him, and told him the work schedule was flexible. Work that was completed was haphazard. 1 wall switch was left splotchy (unpainted). Several other areas are thin. All the floorboard cuts are incomplete. *AMENDED 12-30: After writing this report I heard back from the vendor. He told me that the job was never finished, because He tried to contact me once and was already out of pocket for the paint. A bill for the paint was never received. During the winter season I am extremely busy, and to be honest I totally forgot about anything associated with this house. The vendor did ask to go back and finish the job and then he would send me a bill at that time. He even added that He would be glad to wait for payment until I could come down and see the job.

Philip Came on Monday Morning for an estimate for a rental property for :one large accent wall in the living room and a bedroom, three doors and trim. He came the Sunday after our quote, and completed the work wonderfully. He even painted an extra door and an extra wall after my father-in-law told him by accident to paint it. He was very kind and worked all day so that we could get the rental rented. I would defiantly call Vice Versa again.

Philip had previously pressure washed our house and garage. He was so professional and went above and beyond with his care and professionalism that we contracted with him to paint the interior and exterior of our house. is advice on color and type of paint to use was invaluable. He's professional, proud of his work, prompt and dedicated. Our kitchen is next, and he's the guy for that job too!

I purchased an Angies List Deal for for $325.00 for up to 600 sq. ft. of interior painting. We had more than 600 sq. ft., which I knew was very likely and spoke to him about it on the telephone ahead of time. He explained that he would measure with me there and give me a good price if it went over the 600 sq. ft., and only do the extra work if I approved it ahead of time. He did give an excellent price to do the extra work, and also to paint the trim, which was not incuded in the deal. (clearly stated when I purchased it) They were punctual, efficient and quick. My husband couldn't believe they were able to finish the entire job in one day! It looks great and they were a pleasure to have in my home all day. I would absolutely reccommend them to hire for painting. The owner is honest and hard working, a wonderful combination!

Things went great!!! Philip did an excellent job with our home and it looks fantastic. He even fixed/replaced some trim that had broken so that everything would look clean and polished. He came to our St. Pete home on a Thursday and prepped everything and also replaced some broken trim. He started painting mid-day Thursday and by Friday evening he was done and our house looks 10x better than it did. He was great to work with, his prices are great, and our home looks great! Phillip was excellent!!! Arrived on time to just take a look at the job and to give us pointers on what colors and what paint to buy without breaking the bank. He gave us an unbelievable price. He scrapped and re-textured the walls along with repairing one wall. I will be recommending him to others and already talking to my wife about having him back out to paint the exterior of the house. I read the negative report that he received and I am thinking there must be more to that story because I couldn't have asked for a more professional contractor to come into my home.

The end result is the interior of the house now needs a reliable painter to complete the unfinished walls and closets plus most of the baseboards. We also need a company to remove paint spray from all areas of the house, including the windows. We also need someone to move the heavy furniture in place. Everything else went well but because of this delay it caused a domino affect and created a nightmare.

I received a fair estimate from them. I needed a painter to start earlier than they could.

If we could rate Vice Versa with an A+ we would. Professional, honest, courteous, fair, polite, friendly, clean, on time, high integrity. We purchased our home from out of state. I contacted Vice Versa and a few other companies through Angie's List. Phillip emailed me immediately. The other companies contacted me, and their quotes were very high. Phillip followed up with me and contacted me to let me know he was offering a special. We were still in the process of receiving quotes and determining who to go with. Phillip stayed in contact with me. He was very easy to work with even though we were out of state and he had not seen the interior of the house. But, via phone and pictures we were able to discuss the house in detail and he was able to give us a quote and time frame of services. We ended up going with Vice Versa and couldn't be happier with our choice. My husband flew here to meet with Vice Versa when they started painting the interior of the house. Phillip and his assistant were prompt and started right on time as they said they would. Phillip made some suggestions on painting the interior and we loved every suggestion. After the interior they had to wait about a week to work on the exterior because of weather. We were very comfortable with Phillip and his assistant and they stayed in our house while they completed their work. They pressure washed the house and roof. They repaired the cracks in the stucco. After the repairs Phillip emailed pictures of the repairs to me. They then painted the exterior. The house is beautiful! While Phillip was working neighbors came by for his contact information to work on their homes. We would definitely hire Phillip for future projects. We didn't initially plan to paint the roof of the house. Phillip explained that after it was washed, we may want the roof pained and sealed, but it was up to us. As with all his suggestions, he told me to wait until I see the roof after it was washed to make my decision. After the house was done so well, we want to have the roof done. We scheduled him to return to paint and seal the roof. Vice Versa never tried to pressure us into a service or try to scare us into a decision. They made professional suggestions and left the decision up to us. Once we made a decision, they were okay with that. That made it very easy to work with them. Vice Versa did an excellent job. From start to finish, they were professional and friendly. Their integrity is very high and they are completely honest. This is an A+ company!

Phil was professional and asked questions to be sure the job was done as we expected. Even working alone he was efficient and finished in less time than expected. Patched up some holes and painted inside the closet, too. Very pleased with the final result.

Phillip from Vice Versa responded immediately when I asked for an estimate. Based on his estimate AND his reviews on Angie's list, we contracted for pressure washing. He also paints SO we contracted with him to paint exterior. We are very pleased with his work ethic and attitude. One job definitely led to another in this case.

The first task was the privacy fence. I went with him to Home Depot so I could pay for supplies. He and his partner installed the fence very well and at the estimate he gave me. The interior painting was a bit complicated - accent walls in four rooms plus one bathroom. The job was performed with great professionalism.. My friends were impressed and I am sure they will call Philip if they need any painting done. I then asked him to paint my garage door and front door. He gave me an estimate and stuck to it. Everything looks great. I also asked him about some book shelves in the den. He has already e-mailed me and said he'll get to it when he has time.I know he will contact me in the near future. Overall I found this company to be reliable and professional.

I called Mr. Williams and left a message, and shortly thereafter he returned my call. He was professional and pleasant on the phone. He agreed to do the job the following day. He was also able to give me and idea of the cost based on the square footage etc.. It was a good quote. He was on time for the service the next day. He pleasantly facilitated me when I called and told him that I was running late and asked if he would mind meeting me half an hour later. Before Mr. Williams started the work, I asked him to give me a quote for pressure washing the driveway in addition to the house. He gave me his standard price and then later generously reduced it and honoured it when he finished the work 2 days later..Due to the bad weather, he had to stop working that day and wasn't able to finish the work until 2 days later due to the continuous bad weather, lightning etc.. He was on time for that appointment as well and again facilitated me with regard to my preferred time. Mr. Williams did a great job, I am pleased with the results. I would call him again and I would recommend his company to others.
