This was the second time we've used Vice Versa's professional painting services. Joe came out to do the estimate and we hired Vice Versa on the spot, considering their quote was more than fair for the scope of the project. Joe was highly accommodating and patient, working with us even when we had a change of heart and added the painting of our ceiling to his already lengthy list. The entire crew, consisting of Joe, Francisco, Veronica and Jesus, were an absolute pleasure to work with from start-to-finish. They were professional and conscientious, making sure that my wife and I were completely happy before they left at the conclusion of the job. We are over-the-moon at the fantastic results, but it's nice to know that Joe and his crew are only a phone call away if we happen to come across anything that may need to be touched up in the near future. Joe let us know that his job was not done until we were totally pleased. In closing, Joe took our complete satisfaction to heart, bending over backwards to make sure our expectations were not only met, but exceeding them at every turn. Thanks, guys!

Phillip arrived on time for my estimate was clean courteous and very nice. He and his painters arrived on the painting on time and ready to work. He had the correct color we had picked they got started and move smoothly through the rooms. As I have 15 foot ceilings I was pleased how efficient they were. They were fast clean friendly. And very courteous to myself and took care not to harm anything. As I have stained woodwork not painted they did a super job not getting paint on the trim. They were in and out in one day as promised the right amount of paint was calculated with a little left over as I ask for and cleaned up before they left. Philip ever removed and put back a large heavy painting that we are unable to do move on our own. A very pleasurable experience would recommend Pihilip and Vice Versa Painting to anyone needing painting. I've already told most of my friends.

I contacted Vice Versa for a quote on or about 8/14. He was listed as providing service to my city, New Port Richey, FL. He shared he was pretty busy and would be out on Monday, 8/19 at 11am. I didn't hear back and called again mid day that Monday (2pm) (8/19). He agreed to come out late afternoon and did at about 430PM). Joe went through the house, eyening every room saying he would take the square footage off the internet. We talked about options other than paint (baseboards that he said he might have a guy to do, small dry wall repair (1-2 panels) that he said he had experience in and would quote). To make the baseboard work more appealing, I asked him to also quote Crown Molding in a small area (as he said it might make it more worth-while to the sub-contractor). My primary need was full interior paint and said if he couldn't quote the couple of extras, was fine, but he was eager to see what he could do. I also offered him the ability to bid on paint in the back of the house, outside, as well. Outdoor patio walls, ceiling, and fascia. Had a good conversation and walk through with Joe. Pleasant and knowledge. We talked about timelines to complete, a range of dates he was available, and those were agreeable to me (about a month out). He asked for my email address and said he would send me a quote if not that night, the next morning (Tuesday morning). On Wednesday afternoon I had not received the quote and inquired. I received a text message reply (I asked about the status of the quote via text) asking if he was going to send a quote today for my home in New Port Richey (was already later than promised). I received a short "No. Joe" in reply. I Inquired why and he responded "Scope of the project. he wants crown molding installed. baseboards installed. drywall repaired. stucco repaired. as well as the distance to travel for the job." Basically, the small extras that other painters were eager to quote (and did), that Vice Versa said they would (I gave him the option and he said yes), and the distance to my home (although my city is listed on Angie's list as area serviced), kept him from quoting. It also appears had I not followed-up and asked about the quote, I wouldn't have heard back. Inconsistent and unprofessional communication. Two other potential providers have provided timely and professional quotes consistent to our discussions in the house.

Philip and his crew, Francisco and Veronica, did a wonderful job on our cabinets. Francisco and Veronica worked diligently and quietly...I didn't even realize they were in the home at times! They made sure that at the end of each work day my kitchen was cleaned and organized. It is very apparent that they all take pride in their job and are very detail oriented. The owner, Philip, has impeccable ethics and integrity and he made sure we were satisfied. I have nothing but the best to say about Vice Versa painting. I will definitely call them back for future house projects! Thank you Philip, Francisco, and Veronica for a beautiful brand new kitchen!

He said it would take 2 coats, took 3 on some walls with no up charges. Phillip did the work around 10% less that my other quotes.

This is an excellent painting service. Philip is professional and does a great job. He showed up on time each day and performed all the work in a clean and efficient manner. There were some areas that needed extra work. I had not mentioned that I needed some curtain rods removed. When I called him the next day he came over and did the extra work at no charge. I plan to paint the outside of my home in a few months and without doubt I will use this painting service again.

Company did an excellent job. Very efficient, punctual, and professional. Joe and Phil were great to work with and responded to my calls almost immediately. Their prices are reasonable, 1900 sq. ft. for $2700 included all doors and several accent walls. When my wife could not decide what color to paint the bedroom they had no problem holding off and painting the rest of the house while she decided. All in all a great experience. I will use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

It was a wonderful experience. Philip and his workers did an excellent job on time and the house looks wonderful. His workers were very respectful and polite and there was no worry having them on our property. They worked very efficiently and there was no mess left behind. I just wish I had a before and after picture to share. It is truly amazing. I would definitely use him again and in fact he is going to start on painting our bedrooms very soon.

I found Vice Versa Painting on Angie's List. After receiving estimates from three other recommended painting companies, I decided to work with Phillip, the owner, because of the great reviews he had recieved on Angie's list, he was able to work around our time constraints and his estimate was also reasonable. Phillip was fantastic to work with and did a great job. The painting came out great and Phillip went out of his way to make us happy. His employees worked continuously to get this large project done. Philip was incredibly easy to deal with and frequently went out of his way to meet me, even on weekends, as I was commuting to Tampa, where the house was located. I highly recommend that you contact Philip and his company if you ever need something painted.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal special offer for this service and they were very good. The painters did a good job of covering the darker color with a lighter color that I wanted. They were very neat, professional and clean and cleaned up after themselves when they left. They did a good job and were fine. I would recommend them

I was very pleased with the results. Philip was able to do the painting in the time restraint I needed, he took care of purchasing the paint for me and finished the job very quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call him back when I need more painting done.

The two men that came were punctual and courteous. They went right to work, did the work quickly, and cleaned up well. After the job was finished I noticed a few places that needed touching up and Phil came back quickly and fixed the spots. He touched up areas that weren't even his responsibility. The painting is beautiful and the house looks great. We have had many compliments on the paint job. The cost was very reasonable and I intend on having them come back to do additional painting work.

Owner Philip Williams came to our residence and looked over what needed to be done to paint the exterior of the house. Mr. Williams got back to us with an estimate in a very timely manner and the price was very fair (we had received bids from several companies). The crew showed up when they said they would and worked diligently through the day. They prepped the house by pressure washing, scraping old paint and patching cracks and small holes in the brick. They also applied a sealant to the exterior before they began painting. The entire exterior of the house was painted as well as the front door. Philip walked around the house with my husband and I to make sure we were satisfied. After he left I noticed one small area I felt could use another coat and I texted him to let him know. He immediately called me back and set up a time for his men to come back the next day to apply the coat of paint. Overall it was a professional pleasant experience and I would use this company again.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Phillip to paint and he does a wonderful job. We would not think of having anyone else. He is always on time, finishes, cleans up, and it just a please to deal with.

Philip was helpful and honest. The work was done in a timely manner and quality work. One gripe, the guys were kind of rough with my bushes, but they are pretty close to the house, so it was hard to avoid, so I won't downgrade for that. Overall, very happy with the work.

From start to finish, Vice Versa's handling of our job was perfect! We purchased our home a little over a year ago and have slowly made improvements, both inside and out. In the process, we have worked with many contractors. Philip Williams and his crew have, bar none, provided the most stress-free, high quality experience thus far. We contacted Vice Versa and requested a quote. Mr. Williams came out within a day. He arrived promptly at our appointment time. We walked around our property and he made recommendations as we went. He wrote up a quote of $1560 plus an estimated $500 for paint. After talking to a number of other painting companies, we chose Vice Versa. Not only did they provide a fair quote, but we felt Mr. Williams was a no-nonsense guy who would deliver the service without the expensive, unnecessary razzle-dazzle promised by others. A couple of days before Mr. Williams and his crew were due to paint, my husband and I received word from our neighborhood association that our colors were rejected. I'm sure a last minute cancelation is a real inconvenience, but despite that, he was extremely understanding when I called to reschedule. After appealing the association's decision and receiving approval for my color choices, I once again contacted Mr. Williams. We set up a new date. Mr. Williams confirmed our appointment a few days ahead of schedule and arrived on time. He and his crew pressure cleaned on Wednesday and painted on Thursday. We were amazed how efficiently they worked! Once the job was completed, we did a walk-through and Mr. Williams touched up a couple of areas that we pointed out. He was not in a rush to leave and expressed he would stay there until the job was perfect. We could not be more happy with the final product and the top-notch service we received on this job. We were kept informed throughout the process and are thrilled with the end result!

We recently used Phillip and his employee Jose for a painting job in our new home. The job required the painting of approximately 700 feet of base shoe molding and was requested at the last minute. From the beginning, Phillip was a pleasure to work with in every way. His responses to my phone calls were courteous and timely and he accommodated our schedule as best as he could. The work itself was exemplary and done completely to expectation. I would without reservation use his services again for any of our painting needs.

They came yesterday. Three of them came on time, finished at 5 o'clock like they said. They did a great job. They were in and out.

Phillip and his team did a great job. Phil is the kind of guy I like to work with, easygoing but very knowledgeable. First indication a fairly immediate quote for a quick start which was a priority for us. We added work after the first quote but he stuck to his price. His team is very diligent and skilled. Phil was always available for those little extra items or slight changes and made sure the job got done right and not just on time - but early. Having spent most of my career in homebuilding I wish I had more contractors like Vice Versa.
