The installation people were very careful in accessing what needed to be done. A crane was hired to remove the old unit from the roof and position the new unit. Special attention was paid to protecting the house, the yard and the driveway. From start to finish the job was top notch.

Not so well. The person sent to my home basically turned on each furnace, looked at the flame, said the flame looked good and that was it. I sent two emails to Mike Brummitt concerning the "service." He did respond to my emails but did leave me hanging about what should have been done. I have since called another service provider that spent half a day providing the proper service. The folks at Mike Brummitt Heating & Air are very pleasant. They don't return phone calls or follow up very well. I will probably never use them again for service. I really wish I had better experience with them. Someone may look at the price of the service and say what should you expect for so little money. Price was never the issue with me. I paid the other provider $402 for the proper service and I was happy to do so.

All in all the repairs got done, but it took a long time to get the parts (It was during the holiday season, just after Christmas). They had the part shipped, so it is fair to acknowledge that the shipping was what took so long. Repairmen were courteous, friendly and prompt.

Price was very good. Technicians were SLOPPY and did little to clean up after themselves. Tracked dirt all through the house. Would not recommend unless you are doing a new build.

I called to make an appointment for no heat at 8:45 in the morning, and everything was fixed by 1:00pm.

I called and asked for this company to come and give an estimate on a new HVAC split heat pump system for our home. We live 5 miles from the new shop they are building on Hwy. 96. The owner said he was going out of town to the beach and would come the following week. They never called back and never showed up to give the estimate.

Overall, we are very pleased with their work.
