They do half of the work on a weekday and then schedule you for a Saturday emergency service to double charge you $3000 worth of work later and the problem is still not fixed. Also charged me for a work that my neighbor had done because we’re in close proximity and did not build a separatel! Do not use them If you expect quality plumbing at an affordable price because they will overcharge you and none of it is worth anything!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Our home warranty company sent them out for a drain stoppage. Our warranty didn't cover all the work they did because we did not have a clean out access. The technicians were to remove pipes, clean stoppage, replace pipes and add clean out. While they were here working they stopped and left for over an hour to go get supplies. Our home is within 5 miles of their office location and several other plumbing supply stores. They were charging us by the hour and spent twice as long as it would have normally took because he was training a new employee. Over a year later we have our house appraised and find out that they DID NOT PERMIT the work they did in our home and the work was INCORRECT!! They had the pipes going on an up slope. I called the owner Paul Loyd who said, and i quote, so what I did some work without a permit. I've been doing it for 20 years. He is refusing to fix after filing a complaint with the BBB and the county inspector who also confirmed it was incorrect and not permitted I am appalled at the level of professionalism and Customer service. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR $$!!!

Quick response .will return to replace drain pipes

from the time I contacted them, they kept me and quot;In the Loopand quot; as to the time to expect the plumbers and what to expect from them.They arrived and quot;On Timeand quot; were very pleasant and professional. they told me what they thought the problem was, and how long it expected them to fix. They were proved right and very quickly fixed it. They cleaned up after themselves, and told me if I ever have any problem to call immediatly and they would return. I have had no problems since.

They came and did the job very quickly. They totally cleaned everything afterwords and even fixed a leak in my downstairs toilet for no additional charge.

They are very good and prompts. They are reasonably priced. They do a great job. We've tried a number of different plumbers and they are the best in the area.
