+ -1 moreI was building the house long-distance and I didn't feel the need to check on it everyday to make sure it was done correctly. He built to his own standards and his standards are high enough that I didn't have to worry. The price is probably higher than average.
Description of Work: Sykes' Builders built our home about 10 years ago. Last summer, I had them come out to do some things in the yard.
