+ -1 moreVery disappointed, and out right mad. In initial phone conversations, Don seemed very professional and experienced. After he finished...he couldn't even tell me where the hot water heater was. He showed me a few pictures of items such as chipped asphalt shingles, and that the gutters were mounter at an improper ange to catch all the runoff from the roof. Hardly any effort at identifying issues in the crawl space, so at my request he went back under and did what I thought was a more thorough job. I conveyed my disappointment, and we concluded the transaction. 12 months later, I find out from a contractor that the floor beams and joists are rotten and must be replaced, evidence of YEARS worth of previous damage...the contract could grab and break off part of the floor joists! There is NO WAY any home inspector should/could have missed this. DO NOT USE THIS MAN! He'll baffle you with BS.
