It was amazing! We found out about this company via the internet. While in town we stopped by the showroom where we met Shameka. She is extremely knowledgeable and organized. We selected the carpet and set the free appointment for an accurate measurement of the rooms to be carpeted. We had to coordinate this endeavor from out of state and around other subcontractors. Shameka and the others made this a seamless process. When the installers came out, the unbelievable happened, in one day they moved the furniture, removed the old carpet and padding then installed the new carpet all the same day. Replaced the furniture, cleaned up the minimal mess and left our house better than they found it. Would we recommend this company? Absolutely! Thank you Williams Carpet!
