Description of Work: Our home was sprayed inside and out for pests. The service tech explained the products he was using, was very knowledgeable and conscientious. We were very pleased with his work and cost. We set up a quarterly service plan.

They are excellent. They tell me when they are coming and arrive within 15-20 minutes. If they are running late, they call me. Their price is very reasonable. They are punctual, professional, and personable. The person that came out to do the job explained everything very well. Everything has been very good, and we haven't had any pests.

Overall the tech was professional in all aspects. My only recommendation to ask a lot of questions. My belief is Strand Termite does not want to sell you preventative maintenance - they want to sell you a complete system
Description of Work: I'm in a new house with out bugs yet.. Actually I just had it inspected for termites and I don't have any... The tech from Strand Termite came down and gave me a price of eliminating Termites (I don't have any). I made it fairly clear that I was looking for a maintenance program. I received a price of over a thousand dollars for drilling tile and installing an access panel.. not to mention the annual cost of a $175.00 maintenance fee. I'm in a fairly new Centec built home that has a tube bug prevention system installed. Strand Termite cannot service this. 1. it would have been considerate of the tech to tell me he couldn't service our home. I had to ask. 2. it would have been enlightening if the rep volunteered he had a general maintenance contract for $65/quarter - rather than trying to sell me something I didn't need..Again I had to ask..

We don't have to be here when they come. We will continue to use them.
Description of Work: We use Strand quarterly to spray all around the house for pests. Once a year they do a complete redo on the inside of the house and under the foundation and in the crawlspace.

They're really a good and reliable company, I don't have any dislikes. They are always polite and courteous. I have been very happy with their service. They call you to arrange the appointment. If for any reason he is late, he always calls to let you know. They always keep you posted so that your not left out on the string. They will call and tell you when they're on their way. They have been very good for me. I think their prices are also reasonable.
