We came to the Coastal vacation house late on Friday night, only to discover that the air conditioner was not working. We were so miserable and sleeping was nearly impossible. The next morning, we were not very happy people and started calling providers. The first call was to the company that installed the unit a couple of years ago. That company was no longer in business, but the new owner said they charged an overtime weekend rate, which the service charge he quoted was more than our repair turned out to be. Our second call was from a recommendation, and we should have called All About Coastal Comfort in the first place. Chris promptly arrived and checked out our unit, quickly found the problem, and proceeded to repair the problem. He was very professional. We felt that he was 100% honest and trustworthy. He chatted about his family and how he had purchased the business and was working hard to build the kind of reputation that will continue to lead to referrals. We will be telling folks about his services whenever the occasion arises.

They did a good job. Bobby was very prompt with the quote and getting the job done. I felt like the pricing was fair and offered a great warranty.

I am still getting estimates for that system. I thought that their price was a little high. Bobby Johnson, the proprietor was a friendly guy and was nice to talk to. He was very professional and did a good estimate. I am just not ready to spend any money yet.

This was my first time using him. He was excellent. He was the lowest quote of four people I checked. He was the only one who said his equipment met military specifications for anti-corrosive coating in a coastal environment. He was on time and prompt. He accepted less than full payment until the job was properly inspected by the city.

Called that night when we got to the house, they called me back next am. & came by before 11:00am- checked our unit said everything good, just humid.

Bobby Johnson and staff were punctual, courteous and took pride in their work.
