After several visits to measure the perimeter of our pool area, We finally sat down with the owner of this company, Karl Knutson, to discuss options and pricing for a fence and railing for a new deck. After a high pressure sales pitch and a lot of excuses for the continued delays on the railing, I paid a $5,000.00 deposit for the fence. I questioned the requested deposit amount (50%), and was told that because it was a custom fence it was necessary. Further, I pressured to give a deposit for the deck railing that he was not ready to order. Thankfully, I refused because although they cashed my check, they never delivered my fence. For over a month I received no replies to my multiple emails and phone calls inquiring on the status. When we arrived at his office, the doors were locked but someone was inside... We filed a claim in small claims court to have our deposit returned. We won the suit, but so far (2013) we have not received our refund. This man stole our money.

There were several guys who came to do the job. They came on time and I paid for the fence in May and they came the first week of June on the exact day that they said they would be here. They didn t leave a mess and the fence looks good. I wasn t here most of the time while they were working but they did a good job and got done when they were supposed to.
