Met my expectations and more. The realtor funded the consultation, and they arrived on-time with the primary designer and an assistant. The consultation was honest but gentle, and helped me to realize that I was not "almost" moved out, as I thought I was (I read about removing your own items in every article and every Pinterest post for years, but in real-life knowing it wasn't the same as seeing it in my house. Things had become invisible.) I was also not convinced I needed to paint, especially given how much work it would be, but slowly I caved by the end of the walk-through and agreed to paint (a lot). Staged & Styled made some changes and suggestions during the consultation appointment that, alone, improved the presentation of the house. I took copious notes, and it was clear that they were considering options as they went. After the consultation, they said a proposal would come to me after the weekend, but it came sooner, by email. It had three "Options" or tiers of staging, with lists of items and their costs. Each Option had a cost ranging from $1700 to $2400, with a monthly fee for the second month and on for as long as the house needed to be staged. I chose the most comprehensive option. Scheduling and staging happened quickly, and I rushed the painting to beat the staging date. The staging final product turned out to be jaw-dropping - to me, to the realtor, to my family, to friends, and to people who saw the photos online for the listing. It all had one set of colors that coordinated, incorporated a few pieces of my own belongings. Realty webpages show multiple rooms at once, so various rooms having similar colors becomes very obvious. One of the rooms, I'd been trying arranging for many years and was happier with Staged & Styled's version than with any of mine. When the listing went up, there was a lot of traffic both in person and on-line. It is difficult to tell exactly why a house gets an offer since timing plays a role too, but I can say there was approximately 7 hours from the listing to an offer, and online likes and saves for weeks with the beautiful staging pictures. De-staging was equally painless, as Staged and Styled worked while I was not there, and left the house at least as clean and neat as before they got there, probably cleaner. All along, Kim responded quickly, answered questions, and communicated clearly. I'll admit the cost was higher than I'd imagined at first, but I reasoned that a price drop after a few months on the market is usually bigger than the cost of staging, and the ease of having the house so beautifully ready for presentation was worth a lot, especially since I put so much time into painting and moving out and didn't have much energy left for do-it-yourself decorating. Overall, I would highly recommend both this type of service and this particular provider.

Kim redecorated my living room and den. She learned my likes and dislikes, shopped for new furniture with me and suggest paint colors and window treatments, art work and lighting. Kim is very easy to work with and she listens to what you have to say. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the project and would highly recommend her. I plan to have Kim help me with my kitchen remodel when the time comes.

The entire process from beginning to end was an absolute delight! Kim is easy to work with and extremely professional. She listens to you and provides great feedback. She was very cognizant about remaining true to our budget which I appreciated. We ultimately decided to spend more on the room than we initially had planned by using some money we were saving for another project but that was totally our decision. She didn't spend a dime without our approval and did a great job incorporating things we already owned into the design. Kim is so talented, I feel she is equally comfortable working on both large and small budgets. She has a great eye for color, flow, texture and balance so she can shop anywhere and find great things for your project. I'm glad I trusted her choices because she pulled me out of a real design rut. The final "reveal" day was so fun and just like the shows we watch on HGTV. She asks that the homeowner not be present when she and her assistant work their magic. Even though I had approved all the major choices for the room, I was still blown away by how beautifully they pulled it together with all the little details and accessories they brought with them. The results were just stunning! I love their work! I would definitely work with Staged and Styled again. I would like to have Kim transform our whole home, room by room. .

I was totally blown away when I came back home after Kim redesigned my home. I was equally pleased with the new items she purchased for me and the items she used in a different way than I was using them. She moved furniture in such a way that the room seemed so much more spacious. My husband and I found her to be wonderful to work with. She listened to us and worked very hard to provide us with the items that would be pleasing and comfortable.

Kim is excellent! She gave great constructive feedback and was extremely professional! She definitely has an innate sense of style and ability to pull things together. After going through my house and giving feedback she literally rolled up her sleeves and helped me move furniture around the house. It looked great and I know her assistance will help appeal to buyers. I could not have done it without her!! I highly recommend!!

Sand S's skillful staging transformed a vacant house that had had numerous showings over a year but no offers into an appealing and beautiful home. During the first week after the staging, we had an accepted offer. My one regret: Why did I delay a year before having Sand S work its magic?!

It went fantastically! Our home hit the market on a Monday afternoon, we had four showings Tuesday, and signed a contract with the new buyers by the close of business on Wednesday. Kim did an awesome job. She has an eye for design and decorating that blows me away. She helped define a big, open space that only had a few things to start, and she kept close watch on the budget along the way.

Kim previewd my home and really took time to consult with me about my style She placed some of my existing items for me, then we discussed specific areas of my home that could be enhanced. After our consultation, she went shopping for decor and artwork. She returned mere days later to place the items and complete the transformation. My home now feels so much more inviting! Kim is very professional and wonderful to work with. The whole experience was fabulous! When I am ready to decorate my basement, she is the first person I will call!
