They were punctual, flexible, thorough, and offered the best prices in the area. The communication was always professional and top notch. I was thankful to have found them and sad to have them move to a different area of the state. After cleaning homes myself, having my sister-in-law work in the office of a different cleaning company, and having done research on my own on what was out there, they were by far the best.

Very well. We have a 3,300 sf house and they did the cleaning in about an hour and 30 minutes. They were very professional and cordial. Things were done according to our original agreement and we did not have to point out things that were left undone. We thought the cost was competitive for this part of the state. We had no security concerns about them; we were often not present while they were cleaning. We have had several housecleaning services over the last 30 years and they rank in the top 2-3 in terms of quality and cost-effectiveness.

Jill and Jim are professional, friendly, and do excellent work!! They clean or house about once per month and are great at scheduling. Highly recommended.

Jim and Jill cleaned for me for five years, now they are moving to the beach. I am sad to lose them, but it will work out for the best because I just retired and plan to be able to do more of my own cleaning. Initially we had a flexible schedule but Jim and Jill were accommodating in setting up a specific time that they would come. This allowed Mom and her caregiver to have their schedule without interfering with Mom's nap, in particular or trying to get out of the house (a bit of a production with Mom's walker) without extra maneuvering around Jim and Jill as they cleaned. Jim and Jill always took time to exchange a few words with Mom. That was perfect for Mom who enjoyed the interaction and Jim and Jill seemed to like the stories she would tell them. My dogs have complete access to the house through a dog door so they would bring in some extra dirt and they were always spreading the joy of loose dog hair. I didn't have dust bunnies, I had dust buffaloes. Jim and Jill were always really thorough in their vacuuming. The kitchen was always bright and shinny when they finished - the whole house looked great! During their 5 years I gave them a raise without them asking close to annually. I think house cleaners are difficult to hire, often they'll do a stellar job the first time or two and then it seems that they slack off. This never happened with Jim and Jill. In addition, they always gave me fair warning on any kind of schedule adjustment that they needed (there weren't many).

Signature Solutions is a husband and wife team who do an amazing job cleaning! They are very easy and friendly to work with and flexible when I neeeded extra cleaning done. I loved how clean our house was every time and the attention to detail that was paid! I especially love that I always knew who was cleaning my house and didn't have to worry about different people coming through every time. Would highly recommend their service!!
