 + -1 moreBuilder was regularly on site to manage construction by several sub contractors. Knew the best sub contractors to hire. Quickly handled any problems as soon as they arose. Completed the construction as drawn by the architect, on budget and on time. Randy Moffitt is with out a doubt the best builder I have used.
Description of Work: Built an addition to my house, doubled the size.

 + -1 moreContractor worked well with the architect and the town Planning dept. Porch and closet were completed on time and exactly on budget. Excellent cleanup after the work was completed. Contractor made several suggestions to improve the project, and followed through with the architect, engineeer and town. Extremely happy with the work.
Description of Work: Constructed an addition to existing house. Built a screened porch and a walk-in closet for the master bedroom. poured a new concrete patio. Installed drainage pits for the downspouts.
