Description of Work: I used Bells Supply for heating and A/C. They checked my air conditioning system.

Description of Work: We were long time customers of Bell Supply. Last year our A/C unit was replaced. In less than one year, significant repairs had to be made. We contacted Bell, it took over a week for our calls (multiple calls were placed) to be returned. During that time, we had another A/C service firm examine our system. We had multiple issues, none of which Bell identified before the new unit was installed. The issues contributed to the problems we were experiencing with the "new" unit. We decided to end our long term relationship with Bell, go with the new provider, and we've been happy about the decision.

Description of Work: Bell Supply replaced an old heat pump with a new Goodman heat pump and air handler and replace the main duct feed in the attic..

Description of Work: This company had been our HVAC provider for several years. They replaced both our heat pumps about 6 years ago and since we have had nothing but trouble. Constant blown fuses, faulty motors, multiple episodes of needing freon, dead capacitors, and a mismatched air handler and heat pump which Bell's said was very acceptable.(they installed it ) Whenever we called, which was almost every time we tried to use the AC, we never knew if or when they would show up. We got conflicting information from every different person we encountered that was associated with the company. We finally gave up after going to Angie's list and realizing that this was standard for them. Yes we only paid them $50.00 for the last visit but they cost thousands over the past few years.

Description of Work: They replaced an old, worn out, and no longer working air conditioner unit.

Description of Work: November 2007 they replaced our upstairs unit, and connected duct work from an addition we had done. Each subsequent year we have had them back to check the unit because the upstairs was not cool and was extremely humid. They charged the unit twice and last year replaced the thermostat. This year we decided to call another company as we still had the same problem. The other company found a huge hole the installer had left in the return and discovered that we were pulling air from the attic. The unit was not installed level so water was not draining. The other company did a temporary fix with a piece of wood and duct tape and drained the unit.

Description of Work: Bell's Supply takes care of my heating and air conditioning. They were here not too long ago to fix my air conditioning: it had leaked out some refrigerant.
