My air conditioning unit broke and contacted them on Sunday and Monday and was told several times they would schedule an appointment and many followups they did for that Friday afternoon. Was told by installer that I needed a new unit so I asked for a quote. Got a quote next business day (monday) after contacting them once again with only a price. No detail of what type of unit or layout of cost. Owner Sam was very rude on phone when I asked about detail of cost and got offensive and told me to just go get other quotes. After several attempts via email and phone to get detail quote I received an email that they could no longer help me or service my unit. Really an email! And we have family coming from out of town and I was promised a new unit would be installed this Thursday, Friday morning at latest. This place is horrible and ridiculous!

+ -1 moreMy overall experience was amazing!!! I will never use anybody else! I highly recommend this company if you want honest, dependable, and just a company who treats you like family!
Description of Work: I had them come out to my house because my heat pump wasn't working correctly. From the get go everyone SS Services was amazing. I felt so comfortable with them coming into my house and they did a amazing job. We had to purchase a new outside unit and they explained and went over all my options... Even all my crazy questions!!lol!
