+ -1 moreCalled for an examition, was here in less than an hr. (Thurs. Aug 3). Replaced unit next day. Was very lucky to get it put in that soon. Weather was in the upper 90's. Was very satisfied with service. Have already referred to friends & neighbors.
Description of Work: Replaced with new air conditioner unit & gas pack (Goodman).

Description of Work: They are prompt at answering the phone, rather it's normal hours or after hours. My units are old. Ballard did not install but he maintaine's them. He has been to my home as early as 7:30 am. And has come on the weekend. When he is no longer able to help my old units. This company will install new for me. Also very neat. They take shoes off or wear covers before entering my home. I have no complaints.
