The price and quality were very good against the competitors. When the salesperson came to give the price, we did inform him if this job went smoothly, we would also order siding. The communication with the home office in Boston was the issue. It was extremely poor. As a customer, we followed up approximately 8 to 10 after the order was submitted to inquire about the windows. We were informed the windows were in. Scheduling installation tested my patience to the degree I?m not certain I will pursue siding. We made approximately 8 to 10 calls times to the office attempting to secure a date for the window installation. No recognition or follow up call was ever received. On our final call, we were able to speak to someone and get an installation date. The installers were professional,efficient, tidy, and detail oriented. Weactually tipped e installers as the work was performed above and beyond expectations set by the Window World Office. Good window, good price....my hope is this service was an exception, not the normal way the business is conducted. At this time, I'm not certain I would use the company again, but again, I hope the communication was an exception.

They did a lousy job. One of the windows is crooked and water leaks into my home. The trim is falling off the windows. I bought a lifetime guarantee for the windows and they refuse to repair it. It has been a year and a half since they were installed and I have been trying the entire time to get them to come and repair the work.

I found them to provide seemingly slick promotions of their company, from further investigation found them to have an "F" rating with the BBB. My personal editorial comment would be to stay away.
