Haynes insulation encapsulated our crawl space last week. They did an outstanding job! Timely,considerate and quality materials and workmanship. Crawl spaces are difficult areas to work in. Contractor was requested to return to fix outstanding issues regarding poor quality work. Contractor responded stating that problems would be corrected but he never returned, even after subsequent calls.

Very competent and knowledgeable. Follow-up and follow-through could have been better and more timely. Work was completed and crew was very conscious of protecting the inside of the home. A negative at first was that they did not offer any financing options nor did they take credit cards. After job was completed I contacted Jim Haynes to discuss the possible use of PayPal. I explained the benefits and the rather painless execution. Jim agreed and the company now does accept PayPal and should be an added convenience for future customers
