Rob cleaned the chimney and replaced the flue cap.

Rob and his assistant cleaned fireplace and chimney. They did a wonderful job. They made sure the rest of the room was protected. They cleaned and left the fireplace very clean. I would certainly hire Rob again.

The successful repair was made in a timely and efficient manner. Very pleased with the quick response and resolution of the problem.

All was great. The cap was excellent; masonry work was excellent; time on job was efficient and other issues were noted and fixed that we did not recognize. It just took much longer to get it completed than promised. The delays were due to delay in manufacture of the cap, weather, unexpected illnesses and holidays. I would use this company again.

They responded promptly, showed up early to do the work, and kept everything tidy. When an issue was found with the cap (or lack of), they offered a quote for a new/installed cap that was custom-made and not too pricey. We would definitely hire them again.

Rob & his associate were very professional. He called promptly after I contacted him. He called before he arrived to give me an estimate. He only requires a 50% deposit to order the appropriate cap. He returned within 2 weeks for the install. Again he was very professional and polite. I highly recommend his services.

Rob and his assistance first inspected and cleaned both our chimneys. There was a problem with the damper on both fireplaces, and they fixed both. Some other company could have charged extra to do this service, but they did not. Rob also inspected the chimney on the roof. They communicated well with me in advance about the appointment, and even rescheduled it at the last minute for me as something came up. They did a real clean job, and both rooms were clean when they left with no sign that the chimneys had been cleaned out. Rob has a lot of experience with chimneys, and gave us some other advice about the gas one. Yes, I would call him again.

Rob's Chimney Services were professional and did a fantastic job. They did a thorough inspection and cleaning, and did not leave a mess either. They advised on each one of my chimneys (I have three) for an older home, and advised next steps on whether it needed repair or was in shape to use wood, gas, or wood burner inserts. They keep documented reports on the homes that they inspect and clean, and this helps should I decide to sell my home in the near future. I will definitely use them again.

Everything went really well. The chimney and wood stoves are ready for cold weather later this year. Rob is always conscientious about covering furniture and carpeting and I have never had to clean up after him. He gives the stoves a close inspection this time each year for any problems or cracks. He is up-to-date on any improvements that could be made to the equipment for more efficient burning. I have known him for 15 years and would highly recommend him and his services to anyone.

This guy knows more about chimneys than I thought anyone could. Our chimneys were too bad off to be put back into use so he measured them for caps. They went up on the roof and climbed around like pros. I was very impressed and that doesn't happen often.

Rob and his men swept and inspected four chimneys in a house that was built in 1922. They were caught in traffic due to roadwork, but called to tell me that they would be about 10 minutes late. I appreciated that. Rob explained what they were going to do step-by-step and then, did it quickly, quietly and efficiently. They cleaned up all the debris that fell on the floors (and there was alot of debris due to the house being vacant for five years). Even better, I learned some very interesting things about chimneys.

Rob arrived in a timely manner, covered the floors and let me know what he was going to do and what to expect. He was friendly to my kids and my dogs.

Rob set appointment called me ahead of time to let me know he would arrive soon. He was very careful in protecting my oors and surrounding items.he did a compete cleaning of my old chimney .which being the new owner ) can say it has nit been cleaned for a very long time in the past.it was terrible inside the chimney and behind and on top of firebox. Which he removed for me as it was very old and rusted out. He and his helper took care not to get any dirt on my floors. They did a professional job. I would use them again.

Called Rob with problems in my chimney- he worked me into schedule and was at house within a few days- as promised. Spent a lot of time making sure everything was addressed and taken care of. Cleaned up after themselves and very fair on cost- given extent of work to do. Definitely glad to have found him and will continue to use his services in the future and recommend to others I know.

Both times they visited they were on time. First time was they cleaned the chimneys. Did a good job and cleaned up after he was finished. The second time they installed the chimney cap, again they did a good job and cleaned up. I am very happy with their work.

Rob was very responsive before arrival. He wanted to know exactly what the problem was and warned me that it would be a couple of weeks. He called me the morning of to remind me and then again later to say he would be late. He was very considerate of time. It was the first time I've had a chimney cleaned, so I don't know how to evaluate the work, but he and his partner were very professional. They laid down plastic and carefully carryied out everything they vacuumed out. Would call again.

We had a somewhat complex insert that they had to deal with and our chimney was too high for the equipment they had on hand that day. They were able to inspect the chimney from below and did not feel immediate cleaning was needed. They will come back in the spring to sweep from above using another laddering system. They did not charge for the visit although we tried to get them to take some payment. We appreciated the honesty and integrity they provided and will call them back in the spring as we discussed with them

He was glad to help and went over the list with me based on what I was told needed to be repaired. Unfortunately he is not near our county otherwise we would have called him for a quote. He was knowledgeable and provided me with his opinion and was able to confirm the company I am going to use is very reputable and does great work. If you reside in the Newton, NC area this is they guy to call. He didn't have to discuss this with me but he did and that's first class in my book.

Rob kept us informed of when he would be available to do our job and then arrived when he said he would. He was careful to explain all that he was doing and what he found after he finished. He offered some suggestions about how to help keep our old and now outdated chimney from having creosote build up. He did not come on with any sales pitches for additional services or sales. I will be considering him when I replace my older model fireplace insert.

I felt like Rob did a great job of explaining the problems with using my chimney in the current condition and appreciated the written report that clearly outlined the next step necessary to improve the safety of my home.

They were early and very considerate of me and my baby. They were very considerate to let me know how loud it would be and that it may scare my infant. Very efficient!
