 + -1 moreExcellent. Service professional was on time, polite, organized and knowledgeable. He even cleaned up the area where he had drilled and moved the refrigerator back into place. I could not have had a better experience. Parts were new and better quality than I would have used. He even added a braided water line to my ice maker. WOW. I was impressed. Price was fair. Please call them for your plumbing needs. I know I will.

Description of Work: Added water lines (hot and cold) to two outdoor locations for a pool shower and additional spigot. Also installed sink faucet and repaired two water closets. Wonderful to work with. Excellent and knowledgeable. Have used McLaughlin off and on over the last 17 years and highly recommend!

 + 1 moreI made an agreement with Stephen to meet me out at our house on Thursday or Friday of the week. He called on Thursday morning and met me out at the house 3/4 hour later. He removed the old hot water dispenser and installed a new one in about two hours. The work was done expeditiously and was of good quality. He also cleaned up after he was done. I have used McLaughlin Company on a couple of other occasions and have always been happy with their work. I recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.
Description of Work: Stephen removed a defective hot water dispenser at our kitchen sink and installed a new one.

 + -1 moreBoth Steve (the owner) and Mike (one of his employees) arrived and took care of everything. They were both very responsible and polite. It was great to have someone come so quickly and take care of the problems, I found them to be very professional and pleasant to work with. I would (and will) recommend McLaughlin Plumbing to everyone.
Description of Work: My pipes froze during cold weather and burst. I call McLaughlin Plumbing and he responded immediately. They replaced all the pipes. We discovered that my hot water heater was leaking and need to be replaced. He replaced all the pipes and installed a new hot water heater.
