Excellent company to work with. Very professional and great work. Product installed was the best I’ve ever seen. Removed and installed in 1 day. Best gutter company around. My house is 4000 square feet.

Gave quote and we signed agreement on the spot. When we called to move forward with the installation, Bill agreed to come out and install, but we were also in the midst of installing decking. Crew showed up unannounced in the midst of another crew removing temporary decking. We're upset that they did not have a suitable surface to place ladders for a portion of the job. The crew called Bill, and he pulled them off the job without providing my wife or the decking crew the opportunity to address their needs. Later, when we requested for him/his crew to return, with all needs me, he says they no longer do gutters, just leaf guard systems. When I called and asked him to honor his agreement, he was strange and rude. Very uncomfortable to talk to, and I simply could not recommend due to business practices and integrity. I think his primary motivation in walking away from the contract is he determined we were not likely to upgrade to the leaf guard add ons. Our contract was for 135 feet of gutters and 189 feet of downspouts

Very responsive in providing quote and explaining clearly what would be done and what the price quoted involved. Brought his crew within 2 days and did the entire job in less than one day. Offered guarantee and maintenance we would need to do. I would use again and recommend to anyone else needing this service.

Bill and his crew arrived at about 9 AM. They jumped right into it and I was very happy with their effort. When they had finished, Bill asked me to come out for a look see. Again, I was very happy with the job they did.

I have not made a decision yet. The price is a bit higher than I expected.

Bill and his crew arrived right on time and immediately set to work. Our house is not the easiest project because of steep angles and "inconveniently" placed landscaping. His crew even had to improvise some scaffolding to complete one section. They did a great job and cleaned everything up when they finished. You couldn't tell they were even here. I highly recommend CVG.

The company worked well together. Everyone knew what to do and there was not a lot of telling others what to do. Very professional.It would be great to have all companies to work like they did. Very pleased. His price was a lot cheaper than the companies you get brochures in the mail

Bill and his team came out to my house mid-morning and completed the job in about two hours. They were efficient and easy to deal with. Cleaned up the site after finishing. Since installation, I've been home once when the rainfall was significant, and the gutters seemed to be working very well.

He was here and out in half a day. They did a great job on the gutters. I would call them again.

This was an uncomplicated experience. I would like to be able to provide more facts. I can tell you that my husband and I are very particular about anyone who works for us- from the landscape service to our painters. We check references, call the Better Business Bureau, and also interview at least two other companies that provide the same service. We are not "impulse" consumers. If the company is still operated by the same individual I would not hesitate to refer him- and as I noted earlier, my parents did have a bad experience with a different company but have been satisfied since Catawba Gutters replaced their system.

Pleased with their promptness and work and doing what the estimate said they would do.

At my request, Mr. Blackburn, owner of Catawba Valley Seamless Gutters, came to my home and gave me an estimate on replacing all the guttering, including downspouts, on my house. He made several suggestions as to available guttering with pricing and his bid on the type of guttering I wanted was the lowest. We schedule a date for him to have the current guttering removed and the new guttering installed. He completed the job the same day and I was extremely happy with the work performed.

Contractor was low bidder of multiple bids. I am living 300 miles away and he provided a quality installation without me being there to oversee the work.

The owner came to our house to write the estimate. He then scheduled the work date. Because of weather, they were able to come a day before the scheduled date and diligently worked to install the boards and guttering in about three hours. The work looks good and seems to be very sturdily attached. It made a definite improvement in the appearance of our house.
