MRP Electrical Heating and Air

This company is MRP Mobile Home & RV supplies/Electrical/AC/HVAC Repair, the person sent to fix my outdoor electrical outlets was supposed to have been an electrician. For some reason, he decided the outdoor outlets on my house were somehow connected to the electrical outlets in my kitchen. ? He hit the reset button on the kitchen outlet, told me the outside receptacles would need to be replaced, and that he would clear it with my home warranty company and probably be back in a week. He was here less than 10 minutes. Little did I know that whatever he did to the kitchen outlet rendered the 2 outlets that my appliances are plugged into non-functional. When I realized that, I called him back and he said he would return after he finished the job he was working on. He never did, nor did he answer my next call, 4 hours later. I spoke to the woman who answers the phone and when I told her I was calling small claims court and that I didn't expect them to cash the $60 check I paid, she said they would cash it and to go ahead and file a claim in small claims court, and promptly hung up on me. She did call me back a few minutes later, but I did not answer it; she left no message. Then Marvin called, twice, and after no answer, called an 3rd time and left an unintelligible message. Ultimately, he called me yet again the next business day, told me off (again), said he would rip up the check I gave him, and hung up (again.) I have never had an experience with a "professional" contractor like this!

MRP Electric saved my vacation! July was extremely hot in NC ... went to the beach only to find out the electrical hook up was not functioning ... they assessed the issue, found it the problem and fixed it! Many Thanks!!
