 + -1 moreUNSKILLED, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DANGEROUS. Huge number if leaks including inside and outside. Paid over $1000 and then they demand over $500 to fix there mess!?!?!! These people are dishonest, untrustworthy, and seriously a danger to your health and life! Not an exageration.

 + 0 moreSee above. I have been unable to use my gas appliance for a number of months. I have called 4 times to ask for service and I have visited the store and talked with the owner. I am a non-confrontational person and have gone out of my way to be polite and accepting with this business. However, for some reason they are ignoring my requests and leaving me unable to use my gas appliances.
Description of Work: I purchased fireplace logs, aWilmington Grill, and 100 lb tank from Mallard 2 years ago. I'Ve called 4 times since December 2014 because of a very stronge gas odor. The owner answers the phone and takes my phone number. He indicates that the service person will call me back. I have waited 2 weeks or more each time and no one has called. I went to the store this past Thursday and spoke to the owner. He said all the right words indicating that he would definitely have the service person call me on Friday. I still have not rec'd a call.

 + -1 moreDelivery showed up as planned; they deliver monthly in winter and once or twice in summer. They will stop to top off just prior to hurricane, if asked. Price is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Switched to Mallard after billing/admin difficulties with another company. Have been very satisfied with service and price for the past 18 months. Recommend them highly.

 + 1 moreMallard Oil Co. did the job excellently. I was really happy because other companies had told me that we would need to completely replace the whole system and he was able to clean wax off the fireplace to fix it.
