The girl was very thorough and concientious, but the probem was with the provider (Polly) who takes too much of the payment in our opinion, a stagerng 60%. We couldn't continue with this arrangement.

Service was scheduled I understood for 11:00 am Thursday, Sept. 6. Received a call at 10:30 saying that it was originally for Thursday or Friday, and would have to be on Friday. Not sure this was correct as I had previous requirements for Friday. In any event work was re-scheduled for Sunday morning 9:00. Arrived on time and worked until 1:30. Was satisfied with the work performed and understood the charge was $25 per hour which I felt was reasonable and paid $150 for five hours. Received a call from Polly the following Thursday Sept. 14, telling me the charge should have been $45 per hour or $225. This was $30 more than I paid for two ladies working the same time, doing the same work previously, from the same company. While I was happy with the work, I'm not with the increase in price.

Ladies Touch did an outstanding job with our move-out cleaning! They typically don't come all the way down to Jacksonville, but they were willing to make the trip! Very thankful for their service and how the very kind woman paid very close attention to detail. Upon our walk-thru with the property manager, we were told, "this is how a house should look during a move-out inspection!" We received our entire security deposit back! A little pricey, but worth it! I would recommend Ladies Touch to anyone that inquired!

I am very happy with their services. They were supposed to come and clean yesterday, but the lady that owns the business called me up at 9:30 a.m. and said that, the girl who normally cleans here was down on her back, and she was going to send someone else, I left the key under the mat, but no one came. Later when my husband was here, they apologized for it, and they sent them out today. They came over like she said, and they did a good job of planning. I have been very satisfied, and I am especially pleased with them they, clean the baseboards, and they dust things properly. They come every 3 weeks, its just my husband and I are here. I have back and heart problems, so I have people to do my house cleaning for me. My husband and I are both retired, and we don't mess the house, I don't have to clean up before they come. They tell me that they charge me $65 per hour, usually 2 girls come and they usually stay an hour and a half. They clean the house; they don't stop in the middle of it and quit, if they run over the hour. It's difficult to have people to come in and do things right. I have had some other housekeepers who have come in the past, but they did not do near as well. The other company lady, cleaned the bathroom, and forgot to clean the countertop. It is specially a long countertop, and when I ran my hand over, its full of dust. It was right by her hand, I don't know why she did not wipe it off.

I found only a few thing that weren't completed to my satisfaction. I have arranged for them to come every 3 weeks to clean. We will have to see how the future goes.

I am satified with Tanyas service they are friendly and pleasant and are punctual. The work is done to my satisfaction. Once monthly. I manage the rest of the month

Cleaning was scheduled within two days of service request. Ladies arrived on time at nine o'clock and worked until about two. All rooms were cleaned to my satisfaction and special attention was paid to a large carved teak bar I have. It hadn't received that much detail cleaning since purchased in Japan in the mid 1970's. Had several stains on kitchen linoleum that I hadn't been able to remove, but they did. Whole house looked and smelled clean when they finished. Will be glad to call on the company in the future.

Work was performed in a very professional maner from start to finish, with very little breaktime, and taking from 9 am to about 3:30-4 pm. Was very satisfied with results and would be happy to use again, may do so. Have no problem in recommending this service provider.
