J & S NURSERY

It seems landscapers in my area only want big jobs. J&S did not follow through. It was apparent they were not interested in the work. But that is not uncommon to landscapers here. They're location is beautiful and I love their shrubs. But when I shop there I am in my own. No offers of help etc. one time I even had to bother worker on break.

Installed new irrigation system, nine months later it is still not working properly.They sent out a salesman who said repairs need to be made, no one showed up. During the installation they cut wires, drainage lines, water softener outflow line, and destroyed a great deal of grass, I have had to hire someone to make repairs to the drains and install several pallets of sod to repair the bare areas in the lawn. I have spent over $1,000 so far. They promised eight months ago to bring a manufacturers representative out to determine why the system does not work. System valves are leaking, tubing connections are leaking, the system runs on after the time it is supposed to shutoff, it over waters in one area to leave large puddles. We were told that the paver system they installed would not allow weeds to grow; however, weeds are growing up thru the space between the pavers in many areas.
