Nanette was able to recover everything for me, even emails and address book. She showed me an easy and inexpensive way to back up my data. Since I run a business, my computer files are very important. I recommend ComputerAid to everyone who needs something done to their computer.

I would never consider using anybody but her to touch my computer. It was very inexpensive. I would use her again in the future.

I could not get or receive an email on my computer and I called her for a repair. It was a Sunday when my computer needed the repair and I throught for sure that she could not be able to come out on a Sunday, but she did! Explained to me what she was doing and how I could do it myself. I would rather pay ComputerAid to update my computers than do it myself. I have complete confidence in what Nanette does.
