Mike came over to our house even though we weren't on his schedule for the day. He asked questions to get a good idea of what was wrong and so very politely listened to my long explanations. He fixed the problem, rechecked his work and was very neat while doing the work. I am greatly pleased with him and his results.

These guys are awesome! They were prompt and worked me into a tight schedule as we had a bit of an emergency repair to make on our septic system. Unfortunately they don't handle pumping out septic tanks, so I had to schedule this before Anderson could get to the pump that needed to be replaced. But they got us scheduled and arrived on time with everything needed to fix the problem. The tech (Mike) was super friendly, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The quality was top notch. Anderson is absolutely the right choice!

Andrew and the team at Anderson Pluming were great. I had an issue identified by another inspector the previous day. I placed a call to them and the next morning they were able to come out, identified my problem and had it fixed in about 1.5 hours. The service I recieved was top notch. All my questions were answered and I was confident in my decision to proceed with his recommendation. Andrew and his coworker treated my home with respect and worked quickly. Mike from Anderson plumber was prompt and professional. He was friendly, funny, and made the pain of home improvement not so painful lol. Definitely a great guy. Unfortunately he wouldn't take my first born as payment. He did know about Dolly Partons Hard Candy Christmas which was a huge bonus. Great plumber and great company! Ben Finger the dispatcher was fantastic to work with. He was knowledgeable and super informative.

This was my first experience with Anderson Plumbing & Sewer. That we’re really good. I’ve had experience with other plumbers (although not here), and these guys are a cut above the rest. They communicated very efficiently and effectively so that I knew just when to expect them and what to expect during the visit. They identified the problem, provided options, and proceeded to repair my bathtub faucet. The job was expertly done. I am already planning to work with them on another project. It’s comforting to know that I have such a great plumbing company to rely on when I have future issues. I give them 5 stars and my highest recommendation.

Andrew and Devin were a professional duo, who were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and put me at ease very shortly after their timely arrival. They reassured me that they could, and would take care of my problem in a short amount of time. I can’t emphasize enough the professionalism, quality of service, and technical acumen Ben (appointment scheduler), Drew (certified plumber), and Devin (working on his journeymen) provided our family yesterday. Working on a tight timeline prior to moving they had all the major components on the truck. The one valve they didn’t have another employee delivered in about 15 minutes after notification. Drew and Devin worked in 90+ degree heat and skillfully installed a well pump, hose bib and taught me how to get corrosion off copper pipes. They did all this and it was affordable. This is the only company I will higher for my plumbing needs!

Technician Beau was promptly, courteous, efficient, thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I could not be more satisfied with my service and will not hesitate to go to Anderson in the future for all my plumbing needs!

I recently had a new home built and the handling of the water softener was my responsibility. I had contacted several of the water companies in town and just didn't have a good feeling about them. I really felt like they were trying to "sell me" rather than assist me. I decided to reach out to Anderson Plumbing based on the fact that I have used them in the past with excellent results. I was able to schedule an appointment for the following afternoon. Rusty, the owner, met me at the house and performed a water quality test. I had opted to do a well rather than tap in to city/county water. Based upon the quality test performed and the need for a sulfur filter (smell), Mr. Anderson was able to provide me an estimate for softener/filter needed. His estimate was less than the others. Rusty had parts ordered and installed within 3 days. The companies that "specialize" in water softeners told me it would be at least 2 weeks before they could get parts in and install. The day of installation, I was able to meet with Rusty and his technician Beau to discuss location of the softener and sulfur filter. After installation was performed, Rusty and Beau waited for me to return home from work so they could explain the system and answer any questions I had. I didn't get home until almost 7:00 pm. This level of professionalism and desire to take care of a customer far exceeded my expectations. I've never been provided this level of service, not even from the builder or subcontractors that had just finished building my house. The following afternoon, I received a follow up call from Rusty just to make sure I didn't have any additional questions or concerns. To say I am completely satisfied with their service is an understatement. My water at this house is the cleanest, softest water I've ever had. No sulfur smell either. My wife and I are beyond pleased with work performed, the product provided, and the customer service we received. It is hard to find this kind of service anymore.

In today’s world customer service doesn’t exist and most companies use bad products and workmen ship to complete a job. That statement is true for almost all businesses in America lately but not Anderson Plumbing! Absolutely, phenomenal customer service, workmen ship, unbelievable quality. Ben, Drew, Kevin, Eric, and Russell we hands down some of the best technicians and customer support that I have had in over 25 years. I had to have two well pumps fixed on my property. I can tell you I will not call another plumbing company in Carteret county or adjacent because they are the best!

Anderson plumbing professional are must for any future work on your home. They ensured timely advice on any issues and recommendations of your plumbing needs. Rusty went above and beyond to assist my install of a new well pump pressure tank, and well as informing myself and my wife (while was out of town for work) of concerns of other workers conducting unsafe tile work alongside his own workers. Eric came out and assessed the situation the same day I called. He came back the following day to perform the repairs. They were very punctual, professional, and polite. We received calls from Ben in the office before anyone arrived. We will be using them again for any future plumbing needs.

Beau showed up promptly to give me an estimate and the work was scheduled very soon after I accepted the estimate. Both men were very professional and personable. Job turned out even better than what I had original thought would work thanks to Beau’s suggestions. Ben was on top of everything from the office. I highly recommend them! They won’t be the cheapest but they are very, very good.

We returned to our vacation home for the Thanksgiving holiday to find that our water heater was not working properly. Given it's age, we knew we were very likely going to need a new water heater...on a holiday weekend! I chose to call Anderson Plumbing soley based on the online reviews shared by other homeowners and I'm so glad I did!! When I called Monday morning the receptionist was very pleasant and explained that given the holiday week and their abbreviated staff it may be a day or two before she could work us into the schedule, but that she would do everything she could to send a technician as soon as possible. I was so appreciative that we were able to have a technician come out the next day! Eric arrived for our appointment on time, quickly assessed the situation, explained our options and the costs associated with each. Eric was clearly very knowledgable and answered all of our questions patiently. The installation was completed in only a few hours, the old water heater was removed, and the area cleaned up well. I will absolutely call Anderson for any of our plumbing needs in the future!

The office called on the day of the service and the technician arrived in the allotted time. The technician acted very professional and seemed to take pride in his work. If you had questions about the job he would explain what he was doing. Thought it was a little pricey but you have to pay for quality.

The office managed the date and time for the quote very professionally. They called 811 ahead of time so the yard was marked properly before the plumber arrived for the quote. The Plumber was professional and recommended a couple different solutions after seeing what the job would require. The parts needed were ordered and the connection to the county water system went as planned. Additionally the installation of a underground 20 GALLON PUMP TANK went without incident as well. When the plumbers left, the yard was in good repair. They disposed of the extra dirt and replaced the grass over the trench as good as possible.

The plumbers came out quickly after we called to determine why we had no water after Florence. They found that the pump lost prime. They primed the pump with no problem, but found that the bladder tank was leaking. Due to the number of people without water they made sure everything worked well and would replace the tank after helping other customers with there lack of water. Two weeks later they replaced the bladder tank quickly and efficiently. Through the entire time from the priming of the pump to the replacement of the tank we were kept notified. When we were given a time to expect the plumbers they were there or notified of a delay. The experience with Anderson Plumbing and Sewers was professional, efficient and courteous. We would definitely recommend them.

They inspected the problem and came to a satisfactory conclusion. Cost to have problem was drastically less expensive then originally thought. Plumber that did the inspection was very knowledgeable and helpful on getting problem corrected.
