The crew from Tier 1 did a fantastic job replacing our entire roof, and even went the second mile by helping us deal with some rotting issues that were discovered during their work with us. We were not only pleased with the roof replacement, we can't say enough about the clean-up job done by Tier 1 after the roof replacement. Sometimes contractors don't do a great job cleaning up around the home after work has been done, but Tier 1 made sure everything around the house was cleaned up and neat before they departed. "I can’t even begin to describe how fast to run from this company. Some of the reviews on Google are from current employees. We hired All About Tile based off of Angi’s list reviews. Antonio came promptly and gave us a very detailed quote for our scope of work on a kitchen renovation. I will start by saying that we hit red flags starting a month into the job. Antonio kept adding more and more things into the job that he didn’t account for. Some things that were visible while he was doing his initial estimate. On multiple occasions, vendors that we had hired told us they didn’t feel comfortable that he knew what he was doing or that he had sub contractors that knew what they were doing. We had multiple conversations with him where we did a temperature gauge and set expectations. 3 months into the job he quit mid job when frustrated. Then called us after and asked to finish the job. He didn’t pull proper permits. Our electric wasn’t remotely up to code and he tried to tell us we owed him an additional $15,000. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!"

We had a flood originating from an upstairs bathroom sink and had damage to two floors of the home. Upstairs and downstairs. All the carpet had to be removed, ducts to be insulated and wrapped, drywall needing repair, and an entire hall bathroom retire after pulling out the cabinet that was damaged. Somehow I ended up finding New Idea and called with desperation. We couldn't get the insurance company to help us and felt like we were just another claim ignored.
