Above and beyond performance. Delivered before the storm started with only two days notice. Delivered ahead of time on a Friday when their normal delivery day is Saturday. Unloaded and stacked under a cover.

These guys are great! We had a large tree removed that was very close to our house and they made it look easy! They did great work and cleaned everything up afterward. Their prices can't be beat! We have already scheduled them for some additional work in our back yard. They are very busy, but if you can be patient, they are worth the wait.

These guys are THE BEST! They are so nice and do such good work. Seriously, our yard was cleaner after they left than when they got here. We had several trees topped and removed from 2 properties. Not only did they clean up the tree branches and limbs that they cut, but they also cleaned up a bunch of brush that we hadn't gotten around to yet. And talk about reasonably priced, my goodness! This is the second time we've used them, the first time we got another estimate that was more than double what H&H charged. This time, we went straight to H&H and will do so again should the need arise :)

We called them and they gave us a 6 week estimate on starting the work. They called a week in advance and confirmed the schedule. My brother was to meet them and be there while they worked as they had requested. They had to take out two trees at a weekend lake house for me. They first said they would be there early on a Friday AM. They called that morning and said maybe at noon, then called again and said by 2-2:30 PM. They got there at 4:30 PM did not finish because of the late start, finished the next day. Wanted payment then but since we were occupied and not at the lake house I told them they'd have to wait on payment. Got a friend to go by Monday afternoon and confirm completion. Then I sent them a check. They were OK with this as I told them they delayed the job and we had other things planned so they would have to wait to get paid. I think they did a good job considering

MOST TREE SERVICE COMPANIES WILL NOT GET BACK TO YOU; HOWEVER, CHRIS CAME TO MY HOME TO GIVE A FREE ESTIMATE, AND HE STAYED IN TOUCH WITH ME TO INFORM ME OF HIS STATUS. THE RAIN PUT THEM BEHIND, WHICH PUT MY JOB BEHIND, BUT CHRIS ALWAYS CALLED. CHRIS AND THE CREW DID SUCH A GREAT JOB...I TIPPED THEM (UNDISCLOSED AMOUNT). EVERYONE WAS PROFESSIONAL, MY TREES ARE TRIMMED, I FEEL I GOT MORE THAN MY MONIES WORTH, AND THIS PAST WEEK'S STORM DIDN'T SCARE ME AT ALL, WITH THE WIND, BECAUSE MY TREES WERE DONE! 24-HOUR EMERGENCY SERVICE, HAZARDOUS TREE REMOVAL, PRUNING, BRUSH CHIPPING, SPLITTING.
