They have done a very good job. I pay $47.50 a month. I signed up for a year contract. They came out 30 days after the first time to break up any breeding cycles. Now they come out every other month. The guy has been excellent. He leaves me with these little sticky traps by the door in case a cricket or something gets in and I've caught several. They do little things like that, other than just spraying. That has been very helpful.

I am thinking of canceling because I live in a duplex rental, and my maintenance also sprays outside. Their price is high and they never tell me when they are going to come. Their treatment didn't work at all when they did the inside, and I had spiders and everything in my house within two days. I went out and brought a product that I used myself. They are giving me a hard time about canceling. I had called them within three days of the first service and they told me that they would do the next month's service for half the price. I told them that I wasn't interested in that since I now live in a rental but the lady wouldn't listen to me. I called them back again but they told me that it was too late since I was already into the contract, but I had called on the third day and nobody was willing to listen to me. I am thinking of going to the bank and canceling the direct draft, and I guess they will get the idea. I hate to do that because I don't like stuff like that. I only saw them the first time and the guy that came out the first time was very professional.

We have been with them for years. They come once a month. They are always prompt and professional. They call if there are any scheduling problems. They do a good job. We did ask for some special service that was not controlled by our regular technician and they were not so prompt in responding.
