They said the problem was ants and used appropriate chemicals that were odor-free and safe the next day to sleep in the room. They said there were no brown recluse spiders in eastern NC (not true). They also put fly-paper under the part of the bed where the problem was. Over the next three weeks, there were several brown recluse spiders and other small insects on the sticky paper. Although I had bites right after the treatment, there have been no more in the weeks since. Although I e-mailed them and sent pictures of my bites right after their treatment to indicate that perhaps more needed to be done, they did not respond and never followed up about the results of their fly-paper. Since the bites stopped, I haven't called them again. Their treatment must have finally eradicated the problem, so I gave them a B for that. However their lack of response to my concern (with photos) and their lack of follow-through about their own investigation with the fly paper about what was infesting our bedroom was an incomplete job and unprofessional.

Told me that I had the worst infestation of termites he had ever seen and recommended a lot of services which I didn't ask for like vapor barrier, gutters, gutter shields etc. Totally overwhelmed me with the warnings about the extent of damage under the house. Would not even offer me a warranty because he said the damage was so extensive. Received other estimates and they did not react at all in this way. Told me that the vapor barrier would certainly be a good idea but since the house had never had one was not a priority at this time. Used another contractor. Was very pleased and have not had any issues since. The person I dealt with was very young and seemed very inexperienced in dealing with the public in my opinion.

We love the Xteam. So much so that when we moved back to the area, we immediately knew who we were using for pest control as we had such a positive experience last time. I have always found them to be extremely helpful and effective. They were even kind enough to note on their paperwork that we wanted to keep the harmless garden spider who had built her nest by our back door, so that spraying after spraying, she was left alone. We will continue to use Xteam for our regular pest control and termite prevention until we move from here again.

I made an appointment to talk about termite protection. Prompt service within a few days of appointment. Very satisfied.

I have been using X-Team Termite & Control for 8 years. We inherited the company when we bought our house. They show up when you call them and do an efficient job of pest control.

I have no problems with them. They were courteous.

It costs about $400 yearly and I am satisfied with their service. They are effective, timely and the people who come are always pleasant to work with. I will use them again in the future.

They come, do the job, and leave. Their service is fine.

X-Teams comes to our home every three for pest controls services. They spray the interior and exterior of our home. The staff has been very cooperative and easy to deal with. We are pleased with the quality of work perfromed.

We call them if we see any bugs. Then they come back and redo it at no charge. The price is about $75 every quarter. They send the same guys. They are great and nice guys. They are very dependable. If they are running early or late, they will call you. They get right back to you if you call or send a voice mail. The communication is great. The technician we have is very personable. I don’t know what to compare their price to. I don’t even know why we selected them when we moved here about three years ago. I think they are in the ballpark with everybody else. So, I assume their price is good. The quality of their work, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism are all excellent. We would definitely use their services in the future too.

Their prices were too high.

We use X-Team every 6 months. We have been using them for 5-6 years. They come out twice a year, unless we call them in between. They don't charge if they have to come out in between. They are more than reasonable. They have never failed to show up when they said they would. They are within 20 minutes late or early. They always call before they come to make sure we are here. They go above and beyond to make sure we are pleased.

I have used this company since 2007 and have never regert it.. They have always been prompt and proformed The service very professionally. I would highly recommend the X-Team to both friends and family..Thank You X-Team
