Paid my deposit of 250.00 on 6/15/2015. They came and measured. As of today, 13 WEEKS after paying my deposit they still have not shown up to install. Went this am to pickup my deposit, sink, and faucet.
Description of Work: Nothing, except measure for the installation of a vanity countertop in granite.

Currently in litigation.
Description of Work: Dineen Wright accepted my deposit for installation of kitchen countertops but would never return any of my phone calls. I contacted the local police department and they called her but she wouldn't return their phone calls either. I started investigating and found a lot of unhappy customers. Currently we are in litigation over the matter. I would never recommend using Wright Countertops to anyone!

I would recommend not to do business with the company. Even though I paid for an entire piece of material and what I did not need was removed I was not allowed to have the extra. There is more but I have make a decision not to waste my time. I called several lawyers to get an estimate to go to court. When i explained my issue he began laughing. He told me he was not laughing at me but the issue. His wife had a problem with them and they told her they would put a lien on her house and take her to court. She told them OK since her husband was a lawyer. They fixed her issues immediately. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: Claimed to be Christians. Came out immediately to take estimates. Looked at everything and told us there would not be any issues. We went back to the shop, signed a contract and gave the down payment. We were told to order an undercounter sink and have it mailed to her company. We purchased a sink and new handles, etc. and had it all delivered to her business. I was at work when they came to install the countertop I asked my wife not to pay them the rest of what we owed until I had looked at the countertop. They installed the sink with no issues. They cut the holes for the faucet and hot/cold water handles incorrectly. We could not fully open the hot/cold water since it hid the back of the backsplash. I called and told them the problems. After several no shows for appointments and a different excuse each time for not calling, they finally came out. The employee that came out called and told Mr. Wright (I overheard them discussing the issue). Their employee told him the countertop holes were incorrect and the countertop had to be replaced. Mr. Wright immediately stated "well, that's not going to happen". They sent out another group and wanted to removed the faucet and hot/cold water handles and cut the holes larger. I told them if they did that the hardware would not cover the entire hole and water would leak under my sink into my cabinet. I was told that was the best they cold do. I went to their business and told them I was going to deduct $400.00 from the rest of the money I owed them. They told me to pay the full amount or they would take me to court. I went to my preacher asking for advise (from a Christian point). I emailed Mrs. Wright and told her since she claimed to be a Christian and i claimed to be a Christian we should not go to court but get her preacher and my preacher to review the contract, come to the house to see the work, etc. and their decision would be final. She refused. When I went back and told my preacher her response he told me to pay her what i wanted since he did not believe Christians should be going to court over an issue with another Christian. We paid them in full.

Unfortunately, the quote was over $6 per square foot more than the high end of the range her husband had quoted. When pressed for an explanatiion, she tried to fob us off with comments about having to do a cut-out for the sink. That's nonsense, since the quote included the ENTIRE square footage of that section of counter. Then she said she would come out to see the kitchen, rather than just working from a diagram and measurements we had provided, so we made an appointment for 11:00 am on August 8th. We waited the entire day for her to show up and did not even get a phone call until around 5:00 PM. Her excuse was that she had had car trouble and did not have our phone number with her (hard to believe and very stupid, if true) and no one was in the shop to get it for her. We do not have an unlisted phone number and, since she was supposedly on her way to see us, she had our address and could have simply called Information. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, we rescheduled for 4:30 the following day---------------another no show and no phone call at all. I don't understand--------If they are so busy that they don't want our business, couldn't they have just told us so?? If this is how the Wrights conduct business, I'm surprised they still have their doors open.
Description of Work: We are planning to upgrade our kitchen countertops and went to Wright's to see what they had to offer. We found exactly the quartz countertop we were looking for and Mr. Wright said that his wife, who was out of the office, did the pricing, but that the range was $55 - $60 per square foot. Mrs. Wright arrived just as we were leaving and promised to work up a quote and e-mail it to us, which she did promptly.
