This company is incompetent and unprofessional . I would never use them

The technicians removed the old HVAC equipment the first day then came back the next day to install. Two technicians took most of the day to install the new equipment and were polite and seemed knowledgeable. However after they had "completed" the job they could not get the system started. After troubleshooting for an hour they informed us that they did not have the "proper tools" to troubleshoot the problem and that another tech would come out. They left and approximately 30 minutes later another technician showed up and spent about 45 minutes to get the system up and running. We were slightly worried that a brand new system would be having any problems but everything seemed to turn out well so we let it be. Wrong. The next day we had the thermostat set to 72 degrees, but the system would not cool below 78. We called the company back and a tech came out again (same one), and informed us that the furnace AND the A/C were both running and competing against each other because of a bad thermostat. "You mean the one you guys just installed yesterday?" we asked. "Yes" he replied. We will replace the thermostat on Monday (this was a Friday) when we get a new one in. He disabled our furnace so the HVAC would cool the house until then. Things went from bad to worse when no one called or showed up Monday, and I had to call Monday, Tuesday, and finally Wednesday to speak to manager who claimed no knowledge that one of his technicians had even been out to our house after the initial installation and that it would get fixed that day. I honestly cannot recommend this company due to their poor customer service.

Estimate was not thorough which required a change in work scope midway through installation. They have never returned to finish despite repeated calls.

Went fine showed up promptly after I called and repaired the next day Saturday. without charging premium for a weekend. They had installed this duct the year before but an animal got under there and tore it all out while I was on vacation.

Since our air conditioning units are fairly new, we needed to find a Lennox service provider since the original installer was now out of business. Delay in getting the job complete was shipment of the motor (Lennox)....installer was prompt and courteous. All is well so far on the repair..

Called back same day. Scheduled estimate for next day. Was 1 hour late for the appointment. Took longer than expected. Of the 5 companies I chose, Trent gave the most comprehensive information with the proposal and provided 4 different options. They do a very thorough job of reviewing the requirements with you and educating you on what is needed. I did not choose them because I chose another brand of AC unit.
